All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of COP 550000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please contact the property in advance and inform your arrival time, if you need a taxi, the property will help you. Please note the credit card details are requested to secure the reservation, please inform the property the method of payment prior to arrival. There is a COP 800000 safety deposit that will be refunded after the stay The card will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
