My stay at Swiss Touch Hotel in Guangzhou was delightful from start to finish. Upon my inquiry, the hotel promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up within 15 minutes, making me feel truly valued. Arriving late due to a flight delay, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who recommended ordering from their restaurant. Opting for a comforting bowl of bolognese and a Mexican martini, I treated myself after a long journey. The chef and waiter made my dining experience memorable, despite the language barrier, as we engaged in a friendly Chinese/English lesson. The room itself was impeccably clean and tidy, providing a comfortable retreat. Located just 15-17 minutes from the airport, with a serene park right behind the hotel, the location was both convenient and tranquil. While the exterior of the building might give a different impression, inside, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern amenities and attentive service. The only minor hiccup was the internet, which although functional, wasn't flawless. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was simply exquisite. Offering a wide array of Asian and Western dishes, including a dedicated toaster for fresh bread, the breakfast spread was a treat for the senses. Overall, Swiss Touch Hotel offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality in Guangzhou, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. 広州のスイスタッチホテルでの滞在は、始めから終わりまで素晴らしかったです。問い合わせをした際、ホテルは15分以内にシャトルを送ってくれ、非常に特別な気分になりました。フライトの遅れで遅く到着したのですが、受付のスタッフがレストランで注文することを勧めてくれました。ボロネーゼとメキシカンマティーニを注文し、長旅の後のひとときを楽しみました。 シェフとウェイターは、言葉の壁を感じさせることなく、フレンドリーに対応してくれ、少し中国語と英語のレッスンをしているような楽しい時間を過ごしました。部屋は非常に清潔で整然としており、快適な滞在を提供してくれました。ホテルは空港から車で15〜17分の距離にあり、背後には静かな公園もあり、便利で落ち着いた立地です。 ホテルの外観は少し印象が異なるかもしれませんが、内装は期待以上で、現代的な設備と丁寧なサービスが整っていました。唯一の小さな問題は、インターネット接続で、使えなくはなかったものの、完璧ではなかった点です。 滞在中のハイライトの一つは、朝食ビュッフェでした。アジア料理と西洋料理の両方が豊富に揃っており、新鮮なパンを焼くためのトースターもビュッフェエリアに設置されており、非常に贅沢でした。 全体として、スイスタッチホテルは広州で快適さ、便利さ、ホスピタリティが融合した素晴らしいホテルで、ビジネスにも観光にもおすすめの場所です。
