80 reviewsI spent 9 nights in this hotel. Breakfast was included in the price, and they also have a restaurant service for the dinner that I used only once (not included in room price). The hotel is old-fashioned and very beautiful. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. As another reviewer said, room N. 8 has a wonderful landscape to the lake and to the volcan Villarica. It has heating that works very well and can be regulated. However the WiFi signal is very low and unstable in this room. Another issue is that there is few place for the clothes and the toilet stuff, so if you are travelling alone no problem at all, but if you are two people then you will have some issues. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located, very quite yet only a few hundred meters from both the city center and the beaches. In the hotel there is also an office for transport service to the Temuco airport, which also offers private tours for tourists.
