This condo was perfect with everything uou could need.  A home away from home.  The most relaxing views of the ocean and sunsets.  This was a super chill place/vacation.

This place is like paradise!! The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The views are spectacular! The staff are very friendly and we even got welcoming gifts and a card when we arrived. The pool is clean and quiet and the beach is incredible with great snorkelling from it as well. The beach is cleaned and the whole area is so well maintained. We loved everything about it and would definitely go there again! I would recommend it to everyone!

Paradise! Spectacular views! Recommended to everyone.

We recently stayed in unit 121 and absolutely loved it. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all updated. The unit itself is a second floor corner unit with views of white sand beaches and clear water. The facility has a great pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs. The water was pretty calm everyday so we would snorkel to the reef right outside of the cove.

Cocktail hour on the beach at sunset was one of my favorite things to do. 

The condo is in a quiet location on 7 mile beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and athletic facilities. 

Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Views of white sand beaches, clear water and sunsets

Highly recommend Unit 121!   

Corner beachfront unit steps from a beautiful white sand beach and a huge pool with hot tub.  There’s even a reef for great snorkeling right outside the cove and plenty of beach chairs for lounging. 

Plus it’s walking distance to a super cute coffee & wine shop, yoga studio, rum tasting at Tortuga, a dive shop and more.  

Central location for exploring the island as well.

Will definitely come back and stay here!

Great Beachfront Corner Unit!

We stayed in # 512.  It is a ground floor unit with a walk out from the patio directly to the pool and the beach.  The unit itself was absolutely clean, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home.  It's central location between Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown is ideal. It was also within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and food market for groceries.  The condo staff, especially Christine, was very attentive and very helpful.  We'll be back!

Serene and peaceful

This is the kind of place that you almost don't want to review because you don't want the word to get out about how great it is. It is as beautiful as all the photos (or perhaps even better) and the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to anything you could need. Having the space and convenience of a condo--with a fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and multiple bathrooms--made for an incredibly comfortable stay for our family of four. And the location is perfect--you can easily and safely walk to countless delicious restaurants on Seven Mile Beach and the shops of George Town. And there is a fantastic bakery (Ioca) two great local watering holes (The Bird and Fidel Murphy's) just steps from the complex. The beachfront isn't quite perfect for swimming in the crystal Caymanian waters, but we easily hopped on the public bus for a quick ride up to Governor's Beach (for just $2 per person!) to scratch that itch. Meanwhile, the pool and hot tub make for excellent opportunities to take a dip while gazing at the beautiful ocean view. It's also worth noting that despite it being a very busy week on the island, Grandview was tranquil and never required any rushing to save lounge chairs at 7am; any time we felt like strolling outside we could sit wherever we liked, be it on the pool deck or under a palm tree in the sand. We love everything about the Grandview and can't wait to come back!

Shhh--Don't Tell Anyone How Amazing This Place Is!

Nothing i read did justice to this fabulous hidden gem of a place on earth. Unit 622 was so sparkling fresh and clean and so comfortable. The pool and beach were heaven on earth the sea so warm and inviting.. Bliss absolute bliss.
It is so centrally located and the staff pointed us in the right direction on every query we had. We rented a car for 2 days but walked or taxied the other days. 
The unit had everything we required. The staff also provided umbrellas and folding chairs for us to carry with us. We cannot recommend this parcel of paradise more.
We will return.

Amazing place tucked away right on 7 mile beach is just stunning! Friendly atmosphere, only 3 floors so it’s very easy to navigate and just big enough to be perfect. We had so much fun, everything was walking distance away ie grocery store, shopping and way more restaurants than you can imagine. The snorkeling was top notch definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve been to the Cayman Islands 4-5 times now and I’m happy to choose the GRAND VIEW every time. See for yourself we stay at 212 on the ground level right on the ocean, possibly the best view in the complex!

The condo is fabulous.   This is my second time staying here and would recommend highly.  The furnishings are lovely and it has everything that you would have at home. The convenience to everything you need or could want.   They keep the grounds immaculate and the staff is great.  Christiania Baillas, has been a great manager and all through the process, if I emailed her or called her she was wonderful.  Thanks to her for being very professional and kind.   Best to the next family as I  think you will truly enjoy!


Fantastic, relaxing and beautiful!!

The location of Grandview Unit 121 on a corner was perfect for the wider views and the breezes.   Nice job on recent renovations with the best appliances, bath and kitchen fixtures.  Games and TV choices were great when chilling at the condo.  Convenient walking to needed amenities was really appreciated and the pool complex we really enjoyed.  Outside your door are the best sunsets, reef snorkeling or diving, and even an inlet for swimming and socializing.   The complex was clean and landscaped to perfection and would recommend to any family or couples as the place to stay!
