Hotel Riu Karamboa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Absolutely loved our stay here . Fantastic location , just 5 mins away from airport ( no noise ). On the beach which is stunning. Very clean , the staff never seem to stop. Our room was spotless, we had a closed bathroom which was immaculate. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Optics in the room - whiskey , gin , brandy and rum . Fridge full - large bottles of water , tonic water , Fanta, Coke Zero , sprite and coke. Cans of larger. Tea and coffee facilities ( you just need to get milk from restaurants if you use it) Fridge restocked regularly. There’s an ice machine on the ground floor of all accommodation blocks. Nice touch. Pools - 2 bar pools - 2 large pools and 1 small one where activities take place . The team again do not stop ! Very friendly and not pushy. Bars - there’s plenty . Mainly local alcohol. Cocktails- if you don’t see on list just ask them and if they have ingredients they will make it. Food - day time choice of pool area ( for a quick bite eg burgers / chips etc…) or the restaurant by the pools which is buffet style and a good variety, alternatively the main restaurant where there’s even more variety. Evening meal - buffet style , main restaurant or you can book the speciality restraints via the app. We managed to book the Asian one , which is buffet style and fab. Also managed the gourmet one which is waiter service and absolutely amazing , we really felt this was a nice treat . The hotel sent us bottles of fizz to celebrate special occasions which was a nice touch . This was our first time in adults only hotel and our first time in Cape Verde , it won’t be our last! No stress No regrets !
