The location is very convenient. The condo is very modern and with great appliances and comfortable bedding.

Elegant and modern accommodation

The only thing I would recommend is maybe more clear instructions in regard to the parking and using the fob for the gated area.

The bedding was wet and we couldn’t get the dryer to dry it. The feedback we received from property management was to not worry and let it dry. We tried drying for 12 hours. Additionally only one small roll of toilet paper was available

Apartment wasn't available at the time of arrival. Another property was offered after several attempts of availability without success. After agreement about the apartment, the parking spot at the building garage was occupied and another saga start to get one spot available. After more than one hour later one spot was available and I parked. Next morning my car's doors was scratched on purpose with a paper saying that was a private spot and i couldn't stopped there. I sent pictures and the conversation with the property management without any answer. Expedia was informed about the apartment poor management, which wasn't indifferent.

Pretty poor communication the whole way through.  We booked the "grand suite" which is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit, and got a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit.  Despite phone calls, emails, and text messages, the management company essentially ghosted us.  The unit we were in had a great view, however, had some issues - nonfunctioning AC, stains on the floor, dents in walls.  Would not return in the future.

Poor communication, unit not as advertised

The family apartment is spacious and has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.  It has a washer and dryer, which for me was extremely convenient.  It is located in a nice building and you can walk to the Rogers Center, CN Tower restaurants and attractions.  The apartment does not have a defined decoration,matching sets of sheets and/or towels.  Some of the blankets look quite used.   Likewise, the tableware has combined elements and you will probably find foods that previous guests did not consume in their entirety stored in the cabinet or refrigerator (e.g. package of rice, package of sugar, cookies, etc.) If you have no problem with using second-hand items this should not be a discomfort.Related to parking, you must look for the key fob in the apartment** to then be able to open the garage door.  The entrance to the parking lot is on the side of the building.  Since I did not receive instructions for reserved parking for "my" apartment, I parked all three days in a space designated for visitors.   **To get to the apartment: in the hall of the building there is a communication panel where you must dial the code provided by the host, when they open the door (remotely) you must walk to the elevator since in addition to opening the door, They unlocked the elevator for your corresponding floor. I was surprised that the hosts did not answer any of my messages. I hope my review is useful to you and enjoy Toronto!

The location was fantastic.  The property itself was okay.  Beds were comfortable, high touch surfaces clean.  Deep clean is needed (baseboards, windows, etc.).  Very minimal provisions by host - dinnerware, cutlery and glasses.  There was no cookware and found it incredibly odd that there was no extra toilet paper or paper towel (only what was on each roll, not even one extra).  Two towels per person, no hand towels, face clothes, or dish towels/cloths.  On the one full day we were there (stayed 2 nights), the water was shut off without warning early to mid-morning.  No communication until I reached out to inquire.  An unscheduled outage due a leak in the building ( saw the evidence in the lobby ceiling).  It was not back on until 530 pm or so.  We were unable to clean ouselves up for the event we were in town for that evening.  The property did not offer any discount or refund.

Hard to check in, was listed as free parking. Took two hours to park after calling the number on email received after reservation. Getting the apartment number & keys was a hassle. Terrible dirty towels. Only half of toilet roll left over from previous visitors. Camera inside the apartment was shocking. Who knows how many hidden cameras will be there.

I liked the property nice view. Didnt like that i couldnt watch tv after reaching out and bringing it up.

The property is in a great location, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The communication for check-in was not easy, I had to call several times to get the link so I could check-in. It finally came about 30 mins after the 5pm check-in time.
