Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa East

Courtyard Marriott East is one of the best hotel in Ottawa. All of the staff are very welcoming and outgoing. I was asking for early check in. But when I show up, there is only ground floor available. But I would say the whole process is easy and smooth. They also have less incidental deposit which is $20 per night. There is 4 staff member that I remember the most. First one her name is Chanukah. She is a very outgoing lovely lady. During the stay, she is always making sure with me about the stay and also make sure I get the service that I need. I would say she is the most wonderful person that I meet and very outgoing and professional. Keep up the good job Chanukah, you absolutely deserve for this wonderful service and review. The second person that I remember. His name is Samuel. He is a very outgoing handsome guy. He is also very outgoing and professional. His politeness make people feel way to comfortable to choose this hotel for their stay. Samuel is also a very professional person too. The third person that I remembered, her name is Ayushi. She is a very nice; outgoing and lovely lady. The most memory point that I remembered is that when they figure out they only have a ground floor room. She respond me with a nice and lovely smile with also a very polite attitude says please coming back in about an hour. Her wonderful smile is make me completely forget about how hard that I travel from another Marriott hotel to this one. Big thank you for Ayushi for making the rest of my day much better and comfortable and you are absolutely a nice; wonderful; fantastic; lovely; professional and polite person that I meet. Your lovely smile is like a shinning Diamond that is for sure not going to shinning on my stay but I am also confident that your lovely smile will make the future guests feel comfortable too. The very last person that I remember her name is Aisha. She helped me the most of the check in process. I would say she is also a nice wonderful person too. Thank you Aisha to make the check in process extremely smooth. The room that she assigned me is also picked up my usual hobby which is record the video for the train. Thanks Aisha to make me pick up this hobby again when I am in Ottawa. Overall, Courtyard Ottawa East is the most wonderful hotel that I stayed in Ottawa so far. They have a huge size King bed and they also have a little Kitchen area. I would say it is pretty close to the Via Rail Ottawa Station and St Laurent Shopping Center. But if you want to go Downtown it is also not a big issue. The Bus 9 and Bus 18 Can take you there directly in about 20-30 min. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel if I am taking a late arriving Via Rail train from Toronto. Finally a big huge thank you for everyone in the Courtyard Ottawa East. But I will give an triple huge thank you for Chanukah; Samuel; Ayushi and Aisha. These four people that I mentioned I would highly recommend you meet them in person. These people are making my stay way to Comfortable. Keep up the good job Chanukah; Samuel; Ayushi and Aisha. All of you are deserve this more than 1000 points services
