After a long absence from NOTL, we decided we wanted a B&B with quiet and comfort.   We were very pleased with The Promenade who completely delivered on both requirements.   Trevor met us at the door, and explained the various features of the room, security, and amenities.   Apparently, most of the B&B's in NOTL still don't provide breakfast but he does provide a fresh muffin for each guest, as well as a stocked mini-frig with soda & milk for coffee & tea at the Keureg machine.    The bed was very comfortable, the Savannah room was a nice size, and the attached bath with double sink & tub/shower were esp. nice.   I also need to give a nod to the high-spec finishes and decor in the room & bath, the gallery of art pieces on the hallway and stairs, and the splendid guest lounge.   We expected to drive from the B&B and park near the theaters, but guests who don't mind longer walks could leave the car behind.    Great value and very enjoyable. 

QUIET, clean, comfortable, convenient, and classy

You will not get any better than The Promenade and host Trevor.  Boutique bed and breakfast at its very best.  For mid range prices it is a luxury accommodation.   Rooms (we’ve stayed in both) are gorgeous with anything you can think of there for you.  Breakfast was just superb.  We stayed 3 nights and there was something different each morning.  Covid rules being adhered to so no worries there.  Trevor is just a fantastic host with nothing being to much trouble.  When he heard it was my birthday he went out of his way to make it special.  Thank you for a wonderful stay there is nowhere better!

Magnificent

Made to feel very welcome by Trevor. All cleaning precautions taken in light of COVID-19 and we felt totally safe. Would definitely recommend.
No breakfast at this time but we got some muffins each morning and the coffee maker in the room was fine. Fridge in the room was very handy.

Good location

we stayed at the Promonade for 2 nights.  Trevor was an outstanding host. He helped with dinner reservations, helped us with bike rental, and gave us coupons for different wineries. The breakfast was delicious also. The rooms are spacious and spotless.  He has 2 rooms. It was perfect for the 2 couples.  The B & B is right outside town about a 20 minute walk, which is perfect, since parking can be difficult during the busy season.

Perfect accommodations, outstanding host

Our host, Trevor, was welcoming and extremely accommodating. Visited Niagara on the Lake, two couples, and booked The Promeande. Very happy with our decision!!! Great location, great host, great accommodations and great breakfast! There really is nothing that could be improved upon. I can't wait to go back! Hopefully, we can make this a yearly trip and will most definitely always stay here!

Personable host and impeccable accommodations.

We stayed in the Promenade from September 10 - September 12 2019.  We were in Niagara On The Lake to see some shows at the Shaw Festival.  Wish we could rate this charming B&B higher than a 10, would definitely give it 12/10 if we could.  Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, two guest room house only 20 minutes walk from the centre of Niagara on the Lake.  Our host, Trevor, was excellent and so friendly.  We chatted about so many subjects.  The breakfast was delicious with fruit, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, juice, home made muffins, croissants, coffee, tea and a delicious freshly cooked egg dish.  Trevor was great at giving us recommendations to the best restaurants in town and the best places to park for free as the theatre charges $15.00 to park, if you can find a spot. His little companion, Savannah, came in every morning to greet us, we love dogs.
We cannot thank and praise Trevor, our host at The Promenade enough, we are world travellers and this is definitely one of the best places we have stayed.  Would definitely recommend this B&B and will tell all our friends and family about this B&B.  Thank you Trevor, hopefully see you next year.

Superb B & B

Our stay in Niagara on the lake was the highlight of our two week road trip and was made even better by staying at The Promenade. The accommodation was immaculate with a big comfy bed and huge bathroom. Trevor our host was an absolute delight and gave us fantastic tips and information about where to visit and eat locally. Also the breakfast is not one to be missed! Would highly recommend staying here and we certainly hope to visit again in the future 

Wonderful

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with the necessary amenities.The house itself is well kept. You get that home away from home feeling.The host was excellent. Breakfast was homemade with freshly baked muffins. He was very organized and instructions were clear from arrival. He gave suggestions about where to go in town and how to get there. Just 20 mins walk in town. Good for a nice evening stroll and to see the area. I was very pleased and will return when next in N.O.T.L

Perfect getaway

We would definitely return in the future. Trevor is a great cook and runs a clean, very nice-looking place. The exterior of the BNB is also very attractive and full of flowers. This place is outside of downtown NOTL but is a very short drive away. 

Outstanding BNB

Clean, comfortable, convenient to downtown and travels, charming home, Trevor is an outstanding host and wealth of knowledge for area sites.  Loved the storybook village and accommodations!  Memorable trip!!!  Great value!
