On May 22, 2022, shortly after we had checked in to our absolutely beautiful room, we received a tornado warning in the area. Staff jumped into action, asking us to take safety precautions. After the heavy storm passed, most of the Laurentians lost power, rendering our weekend away null. We checked out the following morning since we couldn't safely use the hotel services. They provided us with a credit of just under half the cost of our two-day stay, which we didn't think too much of at the time.

On June 15, 2023, I began communicating with the customer service team to figure out how to use our credit on a weekend stay. My mom and I finally had some time off, so we wanted to return to the hotel where our getaway was cut short. Their team said we could book again, but that they will only allocate a credit that was almost $100 less than the already-lower amount we were quoted when we had to check out early.

When I asked for more information, the agent told me it was because Booking/Expedia takes a cut from their fees and that they had to compensate as a result. We rejected the credit, requested a reimbursement instead, and we have been since been ghosted.

We are not responsable for the partnerships they use to fill their rooms. Ignoring our communications to finalize this transaction after not being able to provide any of the services we paid for and lost out on during an emergency situation, then cutting a bit off the top because they agreed to paying their partners, seems opportunistic.

Nice hotel in Saint Jovite.  While there was a large reception/party in the main hall/room on the 1st floor, in the 2nd floor room that we stayed at we couldn't hear it.  The small pool was good and the small sauna was a nice as well.
The room was a good sized and you could stay 4 people in it.  The room had a good sized sofabed as well.
Hotel is located about 10 min drive from the Tremblant resort.
Less than 5 min drive to Saint Jovite and about the same walking.  Has free parking.
It may have been the weekend we stayed, but found the price about the same as Tremblant resort, which is surprising given that it is 10 min drive away!

Nice hotel

Hotel was nice but..... we stayed 2 nights. They dont clean the room the second day. They also only provide coffe for one day...you want more they charge you extra!! The ac unit in the room is noisy and also durectly on the bed. I had to build a wall of pillows to stop the air on me. 
At the bar....they dont have 0% alcool beer...i accompany my wife with a diet coke!! The pool is small but nice. Overall it was ok but for thatbprice was expecting at least a clean room for my second day!!!! In my case....i will not return....

Week end getaway

Room was large, clean, warm and comfortable. Great coffee bar on main floor!

Outdoor pool and sauna was amazing. Spent Sunday afternoon just hanging in the pool!

Fair number of kids around, seemed to be having great time in pool as well. 

Staff were great, free car charging was added benefit (they had 4 Tesla chargers with level 2 adapters).

Great place to stay!

The hotel is nice the spa is  good when had a few too many vinos the night before, restaurant food is awful on the night time, and my god the breakfast was terrible all pre cooked crap, would not get the breakfast, even returned our tickets for the other days as was that bad

Would return just do not eat there

The room was very nice with great amenities.  Thought we got breakfast, but would have had  to pay for it.  Great views on the property.  Hot tub would have tried if we had stayed another night.  Quiet and restful.

Don’t go here.  Our motorcycle broke down on the way and they had zero interest in helping use out. We offered to pay a fee. But there greed wanted ever dollar. We recommend you go elsewhere. They will take every dollar the can from you 

The manager is rude and only cares about money

Convenient location. Well maintained property. Free EV charging station. Comfortable bedding. Pleasant and competent staff. Small outdoor heated pool and sauna. Would be nice if room rate included breakfast.

Fall Foliage

I stayed over night Saturday so we could visit Mont Tremblant resort. The price was double what it was on weekdays, but that's often the case. So I thought I'd treat myself to this seemingly luxurious hotel. Don't look at their site's pictures and figure that's all included. The comfy bathrobes and slippers you see people wearing are for sale, they don't come with the room. The pool/spa is great, but closes at 10:00. So when you come back from your day's activities, it's closed. And don't you dare smoke before you go in your room, you'll have a charge of $200, even if you didn't smoke in the hotel! Complete snobs, dazed customer service, and completely out of line with their extra charge! Worst place I've being since Detroit!

Terrible customer service, wayyyy overpriced for what you actually get!

The room we had for our one-night stay was great; very spacious, updated and well appointed with a large-screen tv, large seating area, fridge, espresso machine, real mugs and glasses (including wine glasses). The bathroom had a heating lamp, great shower and tub, wonderful towels (and plenty of them), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, very good quality hair dryer.
We thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool which is essentially a massive hot tub.
One thing that would make this hotel even better would be complimentary robes. I understand that they might not want to automatically provide them in the room but it would be greatly appreciated if they were available to sign out from the front desk (right now they’re only available for purchase). There is no change room by the pool so one must make one’s way back to the room wrapped in a towel only (unless you purchased a bathrobe).
