I love the cleanliness & staffs are professional. If I were to change one thing...I wish there should be a better options or selections for breakfast!

We have booked the Dyvith Hotel for 1 week and we get a very warm welcome.  The staff are very friendly helpful and so lovely.   The people on the front desk help us a lot and the food was delicious  .  The hotel is near airport.  It have nice swimming pool. 

Very nice Hotel near Airport 

I booked this hotel at the last minute upon my arrival into the Phnom Penh international airport. The price I paid was a fair price if everything was perfect. Unfortunately, everything wasn’t perfect. That’s probably because they haven’t been using the rooms that much due to the pandemic. The other issue that I had with the hotel room itself was the hot water for the bath lasted about a minute or two and then it cooled down quickly to where I couldn’t really take a very hot bath. I’m not sure if each room has an individual water heater, but something wasn’t quite right. The bed in the room was absolutely fantastic. As for breakfast in the morning, there was some confusion as to the prices. The hotel had three picture signs in the breakfast area and the breakfast that I wanted to pay for was $4.90 in the picture. The waitress wasn’t familiar with that particular price or breakfast. She told me that the normal breakfast was $12. I wasn’t interested in a big breakfast and asked her about the $4.90 price on the picture and she had to call her boss. The boss spoke to me and said you want the $4.90 breakfast? I said yes, and I handed the phone back over to the waitress and the waitress handed me a big menu. The problem was that the big menu didn’t have the breakfast for 499. It didn’t have any breakfast in there. I got frustrated, and ended up just walking out of the restaurant. I asked the front desk clerk about the giant ibis transport companies location and they were of no help

Lost opportunity to provide five star service.

this suppose to be a hotel but it is just pure garbage, wifi signal is so weak that is broke connection, hotel room are poorly maintain and they just changed the towels before admitted new customers. was here for quarantine of 2weeks which i dont understand why if they cant back it up to provide basic services yet still charge exorbitant price. their attitude is just like as if they are providing free services.

complain several times regarding the wifi and all they do is just push around and beating around the bush and technically doing nothing. They dont bother. in my opinion, this shouldnt even be a hotel of 1 star.  rubbish

Worst hotel ever

This is a modern, mid-range hotel not really well-located unless you are here on business. (Hotels along the riverside are a better choice for vacationers). I was here for quarantine for 2 weeks. Food was ok, but certainly nothing special. Bathrooms are dangerous because floor of shower is unbelievably slippery when wet!!! I put a towel on the floor to provide a stable surface while i showered. This factor combined with the location are sufficient reasons why I would not stay here on vacation,

I am in mandatory quarantine here, still few days to go. First night I arrived, the room was super dirty. The only things that they changed was the towels and bedsheets. Apart from that, the floor was very oily, you can see it is full of footprints, the furnitures were covered in thick dust. The corridors are oily and dirty as well. No one is bothered to mop or even clean it. We are supposed to leave the waste outside the door, and if we are lucky they will come once a day to take it away, but that is all. Meaning? Well Huge Plastic take aways countainers piles everywhere, equals to mosquito breeding ground. Imagine living in the dumpster. The staff who came up sending me fresh towels did not even bother to wear mask. First week of arrival, the mandatory food box was on time, but second week was always late.

Food is another level. Breakfast is the worst. For 10 usd each meal, mandatory, The chef did not even bother to cook a proper meal. If you are lucky enough you get fresh cut fruits with your meals, if not, you get the leftover from the day before that already gets slimy. Repeated menu everyday. Lunch and dinner are better, but mostly covered in thick oil and full of MSG. I get the box written with no eggs and peanuts (as my daughter is allergic) but is just a joke because they still give you eggs anyways with the meals). It is a total joke for a "5star" hotel.

Worst ever

Basically I would not bother. Here is a list of all that‘S lacking. The wait team, chefs are the only ones that seemed to do their roles effectively.

 However Coffee machine breaks down after each use. 

The restaurant in the garden also provides great service and tasty meals. 

The front of house team and housekeeping are useless. Simply a waste of time. Best not to waste your time and money. 

On entering our 2 bed suite. This is what awaited us. 

No towels 
No amenities in room
Little toilet roll
Had to plug in fridge, washing machine and microwave ourselves
No remote control
Absolutely no info in rooms regarding fire escape routines, breakfast times, room service etc. 
Only one glass to drink water
Suite was clean 
Beds made
30 minute of being in room. We had a power cut so had to call reception.
Called the electrician who had to go and fix something out of our room. 
Towels are tiny. Family of three housekeeping brought 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. No face towels even when we asked. 
Absolutely no hangers in the wardrobe to hang our clothes up
Had to come thrice before they got it 
right.
Even though we had booked through bookings.com nearly 24 hours before arrival. They tried to take money off us. Could not find booking. Hubby had to get very stern with them before they tried to sort us out a room. 

So after waiting close to 45 minutes with a tired 8 year old after 10pm we were shown our room with all the above missing. 

The restaurant had closed. We complained and one the reception team pleaded with the chef to cook us some food or we’d complain.

Pools were clean however it was the early stage of Corona Virus and hospitality had started taking precautions. 

No temperatures were being taken. In one instance an Asian guest was coughing and spitting out phlegm by the side of the pool in view of everyone. Approximately 6 hotel staff were having a meeting nearby and not a single one of them went over to the lady and told her what she was doing was not acceptable!!! Shocking I never swam in that pool after seeing that awfully disgusting sight. 

A waste of time and money in that hotel. 🙄

Worst Hotel Ever!!!! In a supposed 5 Star

Great team working in the midst of COVID19. All precautions were obvious and left me feeling safe and respected.All amenities were not operating fully due to preventative measures although still a comfortable stay.

Enjoyable stay

I stay in this hotel for 3 times already and I stay last week for 5 days but everyday internet connection WiFi not really stable always disconnect even already chamge room 2 Times after I complain. Also electricity sometimes disconnect. Beside that breakfast and other sports facilities excellent.

WiFi connection really poor

Overall high appearance and comfort. Friendly staff and excellent food services. Good value to traveler.
