63 reviewsMy husband and I love Hotel de le Plage, we spent 4 weeks there last year and 7 weeks this year, what’s not to love, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a room with a balcony and just loved the views...the ocean, the mountain and daily life unfolding in the little square. The staff are super friendly and helpful, Savety, Hoy and Sophea are just exceptionally wonderful, they made us feel so welcome. Rooms and in fact all of the hotel are super clean and the beach is less than a minute walk away...beach towels are provided by the hotel. The location of this hotel is just perfect, shops, restaurants, the beach are only a minute to walk to. At the weekend, the little beach of Kep is filled with Khmer families coming to the beach for the day or weekend, so it is busy but very friendly and good natured, in the week it returns to a very quiet little place, where you are likely to be one of only a handful of tourists on the beach. The beach is a small bay and as far as we have seen is always good for swimming, soft underfoot and calm waters. If we are lucky enough to come back this way again, there is only one place we would chose to stay, Hotel de la Plage and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.
