My only negative comment is that the atmosphere, friendly staff and inviting clientele make it altogether too easy to sit and get wrecked until 3am. The room I had was small but the bed was comfortable and I wasn't expecting much for $6 a night. Great place, not the height of luxury but not advertised as such.

Fab bar! Kenny is a great guy. Would highly recommend anyone to defo pay this bar a visit. A lovely relaxed and chilled vibe. One of my favourites in Kampot just off the main riverside spot. Make sure you stop by!

We are in Kampot for a short while and have discovered this little gem..

Kenny is a great hospitable guy who always seems to have time for everyone.. 
The rooms are as advertised, clean and comfortable.  
The bar always has a great chilled out atmosphere..
Super conveniently located in the centre! 

We recommend you go and try a cold beer here... 
We're sure you won't regret it! 


Super chill atmosphere with a lot of older guys just hanging around playing pool in the evenings. Perfect location for food, buses, bike rentals, river front. We had a fan room with a double bed. They provide you with a roll of toilet paper and all those goodies like tooth paste and soap. It was kind of hot the two days we stayed but to be fair it was 40 degrees outside. All in all its a regular cheap guest house with only one down side. Private bathroom is downstairs. 4 stars for being $6 and in a perfect location

Budget hostel

The titles speaks itself LOL

The rooms are small (just the double bed + a little table) but you dont need more if you jst go to sleep. If you want to spend some Time in the room.. i'd look for another GH

Anywayyy as i said, It is CHEAP, good atmosphere in the bar, people of all ages (no kids)

And the location is excellent: reaaally close to the centre but not noisy.



Cheap, great location & basic ((the laundry infront is AWESOME !))

The good:
Super cheap. Really convenient, central location close to all amenities, shops, restaurant, bars, marts, riverside.

The bad:
'm sure Kenny is a great guy, but possibly his laid-backness should stop when you see a young lady evidently overloaded with luggage and offer to help: he simply looked at me while I was struggling with my suitcase. Didn't lend a hand at all.
Room is decent, but I wouldn't call it a guesthouse: it's a bar (cosy, lovely atmosphere, a pool table even!), it's a bed to crash onto when you're probably too tipsy after a drink (or many). Bed linen sets are old and in dire need to be replaced - not just washed again and again. You could feel they have been used countless times. 
Teeny tiny, really basic room with en suite. Mosquito net had hole in it, so not much point there. 
Basic basic. For the same price I paid Kenny, I got much better value and customer service at another guesthouse the next day, just not too far from there (Durian Roundabout area).

Forget the excellent (I question other reviewers), just a very basic bed to crash for maybe 1 nt
