Such a lovely place for the warm spring days. The garden is enormous, so there is enough space for everyone. The staff is very kind, the cuisine - magnificent - but can we expect less from Victoria...
The restaurant's interior is very cozy, comforting.

Lunch in the park

A bit out of the center in a green area with a nice outside area but as was winter we had a big table inside which was spacy. The menu is realy wide from sushi to pizza, meat and burgers so whatever you could think off. Was not in mood for expermenting so had the basic grilled meat with peppers, fries and more, along side a huge skopska salat and was quite good. Nice bottle of bulgarian red
Along, to sweeten it at the end we had the dolce vita but that was a sweet and caloric like crazy so only for the die hard fans. Had just a piece and was enough.

Good dinner

The food is nothing special, the prices are a bit higher and the portions are small. The atmosphere is very nice, but the staff are not kind.  There are better restaurants in Sofia. Sometimes there are problems with the parking, because there are no free places.

Poor

This place was recommended for our team dinner after our business meeting. The place is a good 30 minutes drive from the city centre but it is worth the drive. The place is nearby beautiful woods and is a lovely place for a dinner. 

The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate a large gathering. The cover of food and drinks was good. We had few colleagues from India who were vegetarians. The restaurant was happy to dish out customised vegetarian options which was outstanding.

A great place away from the city

Villa Victoria Liven Park is situated in green forest One of oldest Parks of Sofia. The building is Hunter hous of Tzar Ferdinand. Atmosphere is cosy. I like garden, which is dog friendly. A lot of People and families comming for lounch after wallk with pets and children in Park. I like dishes too - mixture between tipical Bulgarian cousine, Italian Pizza and contempirary plates.

Good food and dog friendly

The food and the location are great. The thing that disappointed me was that I had a birthday and the staff didn’t play me the birthday song and didn’t even give the first peace of cake. The most disappointing thing was that there was another person who had a birthday too and the staff played the birthday song for him.

Not good not terrible 

Love the way it is situated in the park and near everything at the same time. Beautiful atmosphere all around in and on the outside. Delicious food and great interior. I enjoyed all dishes I've ordered and the service was very professional.
Definitely pay them a visit you won't regret it.

Love this restaurant

I visited this restaurant for a business lunch, first time...so I was a little surprised at the location. This is actually a very popular hotel and is nestled quietly in the woods - lovely.

The restaurant itself seems to be split into two areas, both very different in design. The menu is excellent and the wine list wonderful. I was overjoyed to see a New Zealand wine!!

This is also a very popular location with locals, in the space of our lunch time - Happy Birthday was celebrated three times. Top Tip No.1: Request a table to the back of the newer section, this is a little quieter and you can hear the Happy Birthday's but not be deafened by them.   

Service was fairly speedy, the food was truly very good. But what made this for me was the fact the waitress was smiling - hooray!! I have now eaten in a selection of Sofia restaurants and have been appalled not only by the lack of service, but the lack of smiles also - so many grumpy people.

Not this waitress - she was a shining star for me.

Would I eat in this restaurant again ? Yes...Top Tip No.2: Make sure your waitress is the smiling one - what a difference.

A Genuine Surprise - A Smile

Having visited Villa Victoria a number of times over the past 2-3 years yesterday’s visit was nothing but disappointing.  In the past the good food made of for the very rude staff. Needless to say the experience totally sucked yesterday, the arrogance and rudeness of the waiter was frankly “next level”. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this uncomfortable dining out, in fact i would go as far as to say I’ve felt more comfortable in a dentist chair than at Villa Victoria. Moving along to the food, The Shopska salad was dreadful, the tomatoes were close to mush and not very tasty, cucumbers were at least crispy but no taste.  The Antipasi was mostly tasteless too, only the “spicy pepper and cheese” portion of antipasti was anything to get excited about, oh yes, the fruit Tea was great, almost as great as leaving the restaurant.

Not the first but definitely the last Visit

I had dinner in this restaurant together with 30 work colleagues. The food was very good and the service was well organized considering that we were a big group. 
The overall atmosphere was lovely, with nice music and tasteful interior and exterior decorations.
