Super!

I really enjoyed my stay at ESHE. The hosts were truly spectacular, making my stay in Sarajevo comfortable. My friend and I were sick with colds when we arrived. The owner of the hotel noticed and offered us cold medicine to help us feel better. The morning that I flew out of Sarajevo, I had to leave the hotel at 6 AM. The hotel owner was up helping me coordinate a taxi--when the taxi service was not responding, her husband drove me to the airport. 

The hotel was very comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast was simple, but very good. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the historic district of Sarajevo and several good restaurants. My only very minor complaint was that I ran out of hot water in my shower, but that did not affect my excellent experience. 

Overall, I think this hotel is a very good value and I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hosts, comfortable hotel

We stayed one night in this hotel. It is placed short walking distance from the centre with shops, bars, etc. I was nicely surprised by the people taking care of this hotel, they speak Czech 🙂 rooms are nice and clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Parking possible 200 metres from the hotel. Would come back.

Lovely people, nice place

We stayed at this nice boutique hotel that is located only few minutes walk to Bascarsija square. The room was clean and very comfortable, cozy and warm, and that was the most important for us. The thing we did not like, is when we saw some guests smoking in the hotel. We don't know if it was allowed or not, since the owner was not there. Everything else was ok.

The worst and rudest receptionist I ever met in my life…when I asked to cancel the booking because the room had no air conditioner was 0.5 meters from the street and different than the photo…he became so angry and started saying you fuc*** Arabs…wanted to beat me up and actually kicked me out of the hotel…he was super rude and aggressive and told me to call the police and started to hit the desk crazily….my friend witnessed this incidence too…I have many Bosnian friends who are super friendly and generous…. this guy is a shame to all Bosnians…

Rudest receptionist ever

We are shocked for aggression of the receptionist. Impolite and aggressive man! Disgusting,  just happened today 20th August 2021.
I have never had this bad experience in my all traveling life.
Of course I wouldn't recommend anybody to book with this hotel just look for somthing better and Sarajevo is full of fantastic hotels and really nice people. But never again for this hotel!

Shocking, terrible and rude

Horrible, unprofessional owner! Staff were nice but it was impossible to avoid owner being pushy, asking for payment to her private account, to guarantee the reservation. Stay away by all means! They are plenty of cosy, beautiful places to stay in Sarajevo.
