The hostel's located in a very convenient place if you wish to take a bus from the terminal. The room is reasonably spacious although staff members might need further training as they cannot help with most of my questions regarding the stay and tour. Provides basic breakfast but you don't expect too much.

Convenient location if you wish to stay short

This is a very nice hotel and also has a good location. The rooms were spacious. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable for La Paz. I would definitely stay there again if i have the chance!

Nice hotel

Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice.

Disappointing

I can imagine in the summer its good , but in April it was freezing . I asked for a heater but the staff in their winter coats , gloves and scarfs didnt have any . 
The room was huge and real luxury . Shower was on and off , mostly off than on .
Breakfast first day ( meant to start at 7,30) didnt start until 7.50 , I had a pick up at 7,50 so as my breakfast arrived I departed, The next day " breakfast " was crackers and butter and jam, had to ask for the butter and jam and for a spoon, knife everything , the restaurant is a joke .
Located 1 min from bus station and 5 mins from the hustle bustle of the markets , so for my preference it was perfectly located

I choose to stay at this hotel because this hotel is located at the opposite of main bus terminal. It is convenience to me after the bus journey from Lake Titicaca.  The price is reasonable and room condition is good. Wifi signal is okay. Their assistant manager can speak English and was v helpful. The only downside is quite noise at night. 
Overall comment is good value and location in La Paz. 

Good value and location

Room was very cold with full-on cold shower and almost non-existent wifi. 

Breakfast was just coffee/tea, 1 serving of eggs, bread, biscuits. No butter, milk, cheese, toaster etc. A joke really. Would be a bigger ripoff if it weren't included in the room rate. 

Payment by cash only.  

Generally nothing welcoming here. The only thing going for this place is its proximity to the bus terminal. Even then, a hostel might fare better. 



If you can help it, don't stay here. 

First impressions of this hotel,were that it is on the decline.It felt cold,the receptionist always kept her coat on.It is close to the bus terminal,up the hill,but LaPaz is all hills, so walking into town is ok,down a hill that goes on forever, but walking back,mmm!! Although,taxis are cheap!
 The room we had was on the 6th.floor,no problem, had a lift (that was a treat). Room was light,had tv.HBO films,the rest was Spanish,hot water & breakfast,that wasn't that good. 
But, I could not sleep,the bed was too soft for me and the pillows were like bricks.
Spent two nights here,at $32 a night,that was enough.Then moved to a better central hotel,that did not cost much more.
