B & B was great.  Very clean, spacious incl. a private shower w/hot water.  Enjoyed we could walk almost everywhere. Claus and Natalie were very friendly and informative on the area, history, war etc. l

First trip to Belgium.

This was our second visit to Noja having stayed for a night last year on way back from Paris. We enjoyed that visit so much that we promised ourselves a return visit. Stayed for two nights this time and again had a very enjoyable stay.
First thing to say is that the hosts, Natalie and Claus, are absolutely charming and superb hosts. They are very helpful with advice on places to visit or to recommend restaurants. Without being obtrusive they take time to ask about your day or plans or to spend a little time telling you about Ypres. Really nice people.
The accommodation is excellent with a very comfy bed and well appointed bathroom.
Breakfast is very good offering a nice selection of breads, meat and cheese.
There is also an honesty bar where you can get a nice bottle of cool lager or wine which is great after a long day sightseeing. Noja is well located and is only a genuine 5 minute stroll to the main square and the Menin gate.
Another plus is the reserved parking which is in a secure garage only a 2minute walk from the B& B.
We will certainly be visiting again.....and soon

Fantastic B & B

What a great Bed and Breakfast, I had a text from Nathalie to find out what time we would arrive so they could arrange parking as there is only limited street parking, Typical for Ypres centre.
When we arrived we found the property to be centrally located, and very convenient for the Menin Gate and the town centre, but in a very quiet location just near the ramparts, Claus helped me in with our bags and took me to the very secure parking area a few minutes from the house. Peace of mind to know your car or bike is secure in a city, although Ypres is a very safe place to be.
Our room was immaculate, great bathroom, nice towels, plenty of water in the room and quality bed and bedding.
There is also an honesty bar, so help yourself from the fridge, or if you like put your own beer in the fridge. All adds to your stay. Breakfast was typical continental with plenty of choice of yogurts, meats, cheeses and breads. Nathalie's bread pudding was especially good.
All in all we have found our new favourite place to stay in Ypres and hope we can go back many more times.

Our new favourite place in Ypres

I was a little hesitant when booking due to the B&B status, but we were delighted with our visit which can only be described as perfect. The hosts Nathalie and Claus made us feel part of the family.   The immediate welcome glass of wine followed by our settling in to our first class room was a real pleasure.  Secure parking gave us peace of mind for our 2 day visit.  Breakfast was a superb event served in our own dining area. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk to either the town centre and the Menin Gate.  If we pass this way again we shall certainly use this accommodation again. 

A superb choice

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The room was comfortable. We had everything we needed including a lovely ensuite with great shower. The breakfast was delicios. The host could not be more kind, helpful and welcoming. They even assistednus with sight seeing and went above and beyond. Be sure to stat here you will be glad you did.

Friendly owners, who are used to working with customers. They are experienced, but are not running on auto-pilot, which is ideal.
Very nice breakfast.
Good location (few minutes to city center).
Private parking (secured location).
I will definitely go there again.

Excellent accommodation

This is my third time staying at the Noja, an cannot recommend it enough. 

A perfect location for the Menin Gate and visiting the town centre. The B&B is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.  What ever you doing around Ypres Claus & Nathalie are more than happy to help you out and offer you advice. Already trying to plan my fourth Visit. 

The only negative thing I can say is the time goes far to quick but I think that's because the hosts put that much in to making your stay enjoyable and memorable. 

Long Weekend Break.

Arriving on a cold and wet November's evening, Nathalie's warm welcome (in perfect English) soon made us forget that.  This is a really high quality B&B, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with good bedding, towels and bathrooms plus lots of nice well thought through touches.  It's really convenient for exploring Ieper/Ypres (being just a few minutes walk from the Menin Gate).  Breakfast was superb and Nathalie had gone to lots of trouble for our gluten-intolerant friend which was very much appreciated.  Freshly-squeezed orange juice, homemade bread, delicious croissants, pain aux chocolat and pastries not to mention fruit and yoghurt.  What a great start to a very sunny day.  We will return.
