Booked here back in August to visit in December for my birthday.
2 days before arrival I was sent an email saying we had been given a free upgrade to the house of Bruges sister apartments just around the corner.
Check in was really easy and all self service style had no problems and all went well.
The apartment we were given was the house of spring.
It was huge 2 bedroomed apartment and we even joked we may As well have a night in with a good take away! 
All was clean and well maintained 
The kitchen could of had a few more glasses etc.
But overall couldn’t complain and would recommend the apartments to anyone good value for money and excellent location everything was within walking distance.


Brilliant birthday in Bruges 

This was large 3 bedroom 2 bath very nicely decorated apartment block 10 mins from the central square. would highly recommend there was a busy bar opposite  but with double glazing it wasnt noisy at all .  on the downside was a bit stuffy as a result. 

But would highly recommend we paid £440 for 2 nights would easily sleep 6

Very good  value

We stayed at the House of Elements on our Europe road trip with family. We were stunned by the size of the apartment and the location it is at. Rooms were well equipped and spacious. Within walking distance you find many shops and the centre of Brugge. Will definitely visit here again.

Amazing apartment!!

The pros: Very spacious room, well equiped kitchen, good service. Located very close to the town center, within walking range. Parking is offered apart, not far from site, and convenient.
The cons: Even though the room was fairly clean, this could be improved. An apartment with two rooms, a spacious living room and an average-size kitchen deserves more than just one very small shower tube.
Cannot tell anything about the other apartments and did not take breakfast on site

Very good location, very good quality

Great apartment, we got much more for our money then we expected to. Loads of space, clean and modern. The ground floor apartment has its own little patio area. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. This is located 5 mins from central Brugge so walking distance to everything you need. Free wifi and parking, the car park is 2 streets away, so if you have a load of luggage I would get checked in and the keys first. The only trouble we had was getting the TV and freeview working. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Brugge. 

Great value for money, would definitely stay here again!

I would have liked to have given 4 or 5 stars as the apartment was great, spacious, clean and the perfect central location for exploring Bruges. But as mentioned by others in their reviews the noise from the bar below is just ridiculous. I like a good time and do not expect people to be in bed by midnight but for the bar owners to let people stand outside in a residential / tourist area screaming / shouting / arguing and eventually fighting from 4am until 10am is crazy. The noise only stopped when the police were called .... At 10am?! Shame as this means I probably wouldn't stay at the apartments again and aside from the noise they were spot on.
