Those cute little apartments are located just near the city center. The apartment itself is well- equipped, clean and cozy. It is small, but not overwhelmingly so. The staff is just the nicest. The only downside to this place are relatively thin walls and the fact that it is situated on a ground floor.

A great place to stay, lovely staff!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel in May during May holidays in Russia. I would say, it is a very nice place to stay in Vienna, with acceptable price and perfect location as well. Also, the owner Christopher was very friendly and helpful, he showed us many interesting places to visit in Vienna. One moment: the shower was really smalll for me)) however, i don't think it is a big issue)) 

P.s. A small complementary note: the rooms have really interesting distinguished design)

Perfect location,

These apartments are located within easy walking distance of not one, but two metro stops.  It's blocks away from Naschmarkt and near several restaurants and cafes.  I made my reservation several months in advance and was met at the reception area by the owner's wife.  She was very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome.  I stayed in apt #2 and was impressed by the layout and felt like I was in a posh hotel.  The bed was comfortable and there was more than enough room for one and think two would also stay very comfortably.  I was concerned about noise from a loud neighbor but once inside my flat I heard nothing.  The kitchen was very convenient and everything was clean and in good working order.  I was concerned about the heaters working but discovered they turned on during the night (awoke to a sauna one night) which was handy for drying clothes soaked in the rain.  I would return here without a second thought.

Modern & Sophisticated Home Base In Prime Location

Design and light of the room made it very comfortable to crash. very close to Kettenbruckengasse station (U4 of U Bahn) and Nacht Market. There is a small kitchen, so you can buy some foods and wine at Nachmarket and eat at the apartment. 

However it was a little bit difficult to check in. There is nobody standby in the apartment, so you must email or call the person.

Well the rating was really good if all was real.
Arrived and find a lovely surprise in the toilette.
Communication really poor, owner was answer to my message with delay.
Been asked to organise a surprise with cake and I was handed UPON check in ( in front the “surprised person”) the bill for the cake and the cake! Really!!!
Room nice has concept and layout but too dusty  !
The owner leave the management of this three rooms to a person which she doesn’t really know how hospitality is working! 
Big knock down!
