Friendly owners. Clean rooms. Everything comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. Shuttle service to the airport. I visited for business to this is a perfect stay for that. Early breakfast times what is perfect for a business visit.

My wife and I stayed at the Bauer on our last night in Austria. Picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. Well, it really is close to the airport as the crow might fly, but it's a good 15-20 minutes by taxi at a $23 euro cost. Hotel is very clean and modern, wifi and parking are free, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant is great! It's a neighborhood restaurant and the owner-manager went through every menu item with us because the menu was in German and there was no English version. Kaiser beer rules!

Very nice family run hotel

I needed a hotel close tonthe airport in Vienna for 1 night & found this little gem. The location is a lovely little village about 10 minute drive from Vienna airport. 
The rooms were very clean & not clustered with fancy gadgets that we never use. The bathrooms were clean, of good size. The beda (2xsingle in my room) were comfortable with fresh sheets etc. Internet is completely free with no restrictions (as I had in my previous hotel in Graz). The staff (I believe they are the owners) were all too polite & helpful. 
 From the city it took me 20 minutes to arrive here. 
 The restaurant adjoining is part of the hotel, although a bit dated it was non the less clean & served great home made food & traditional beers. 
 I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone driving/flying via Vienna.
