Brigitte, the owner, looked after my two sons (19 and 23) who stayed with her for 4 nights very well. We were on a package holiday for a week in Rauris, but the boys could only come for a short time, so booked her pension. She picked them up and dropped them off at Salzburg airport at a reasonable cost, recommended other resorts, and without them asking or mentioning they'd like it, cooked them a full English breakfast - even apologising for not including black pudding. No wonder they both thought she was lovely.
