Other guests were quite noisy all through the night. The outside bbq area was right outside our room where guests were drinking all hours. Once they retired to rooms noise continued as they were on either side of our room. They went to sleep at 5 am. We only got about an hour half sleep.  Showers running all night as pipe noise echo through room.My daughter had a dancing competition that weekend and received no sleep. Had to buy own batteries for tv to work as they were non existence as not casing on back of remote, and even tv didn't work. Only had two channels which were poor.Went and complained on checkout and office staff was non helpful no remorse from him. When checked in same person, had to work out my own direction to room. Will not be staying again. Wasted my time and money at place

I stayed here and for the most part it was good. The staff on reception were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet and felt secure. I was in a room near the back of the property and there was no internet access as promised, also no breakfast was supplied or offered. The room was mostly clean and was very quiet at night, which I greatly appreciated. The Coachman was good for the cost but certainly check the internet and breakfast on or before arriving if those are things that you need.

Comfortable and quiet with several missing amenities

So quiet for a place right near the road to Brisbane, I could barely hear any traffic. It’s walking distance to a convenience store with, a couple of nice restaurants and (a bit farther) a shopping centre. The room is comfy and very well-maintained - it feels well-loved. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great value in a good location. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Very pleasant stay :)

The only motel where I've had to make my own bed.  I wasn't expecting luxury for the price but I do expect cleanliness and it wasn't clean.

The family unit had the basics that we needed for a 'bed for the night'. Room fittings were a bit dated and some of the lights above beds did not work reliably. Access to the second bedroom was through the bathroom. All things considered it was comfortable and clean.

General maintenance checking could be improved. A bit more sweeping and garden tidying needed

It is what it is which is fine. However - room service unaware of.We went out and came back to find beds made, clean towels and rubbish out. We only stayed two nights. No calling card to let us know someone had come in.Also - instructions inside unit to work DVD player on tv which was not available. Went to check out to inform them and the office was locked at 930.

Clean, lots of cupboard space, facilities are wonderful, friendly ad helpful staff and the shower was amazing.
