This is a clean, well kept older building that is very well situated in Burleigh Heads and reasonably priced. With some attention to better sound and light proofing, new carpeting, paint, furniture and air-conditioning it would be brilliant. That said we were happy there for a few night.

Great location, comfortable but basic

Family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in school holidays. Excellent management of facilities and manager Wendy was superb. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well serviced with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as Large flat screen TV in lounge as well as smaller TV in main bedroom. Furniture a little dated but still good value. Central to beach, pub and shops. Will definitely recommend to families.

Great place to stay! My family and I visited Burleigh Terraces during August 2013. We have stayed in Burleigh numerous times but this is our place of choice! 5 stars and will be happy to return! Thank you!

Clean, comfortable & value for money

Burleigh Terrace is a home away from home. It's close to everything you need on a holiday. Beaches, shopping, great restaurants etc.  The on-site manager Wendy could not have been more helpfully with her cheery voice and knowledge of the area.  The review on how bad the management was during that families stay must have been created by them for there to be an issue at all. The management does ask respect towards other holiday and owners in the complex so maybe that was the issue.  No respect!  The only problem were the birds (too many of them) but that's out of everyone's control.

Convenient Location

We have stayed several times over the years & will continue to stay when we head to the Gold Coast.

Check in is always fast & hassle free. 

I love the fact that once we park our car in the underground carpark we don't need to drive again until we leave, because everything is so close.

The units are directly across the road from lots of restaurants, bars & a supermarket.

It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach (there is also a pool at the units).

The surf club, pubs & bowls club are also within walking distance.

The grounds & gardens of Burleigh Terraces are maintained daily, the gardens are tranquil & give you that "fresh feeling".

We have also booked a few touristy things from the office, they have a huge display of brochures & things to do in the area.

The units are fully self contained & you have everything you need at your finger tips.

Little insider tip - Wahoo's taco bar accros the road is great for a fast, fresh & cheap meal! Love it.

Also, check out the local markets at the school if they are in during your stay.

I am booked into stay again on the October Long Weenend & can't wait to get back to Burleigh Terraces & Burleigh Heads...
