The Vista Bel Air Apartment

Working in Indooroopilly literally a few minutes walk away, the Vista bel air was the perfect location. It is also over the road from a large shopping centre with all the usual shops plus Woolworths and Coles. The apartment is marketed as an executive apartment. It was very large and spacious and had everything I needed. One main thing I look for is decent internet and this place had fast free and consistent internet. The place, however, needs a good clean. It appeared that no one had stayed there for a while and the place felt a little grubby. The carpets could do with a deep clean as could the sofa. The kitchen was well equipped although the worktop was the sort of colour which made it hard to see any crumbs. The bedroom was very comfortable which gave me 5 excellent nights sleep. I would suggest a good top to bottom clean of the apartment and perhaps updating some of the furniture. That would then allow a higher price to be charged.
