I stayed in one of the apartments for my birthday with a few friends in August. Well where do I start? The unit was filthy, dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stunk & looked like they had been there for weeks, dirty towels that had gone mouldy in the washing machine, sticky greasy handprints all over the lounge & counter tops. No communication with staff, they refused to acknowledge anything. When I left the next day I made sure the unit was spotless and after 2 months still no deposit back plus an extra charge for admin??? Many emails & phone calls & no response at all. Not to mention when I picked up the keys on the day of arrival, the keys & all my personal paperwork including credit card details were in a communal mailbox out the front where everyone else's personal information & keys were. So anyone could have taken them, absolutely disgusting. A maintenance person sitting outside staring into our apartment as we got dressed. So A Current Affair here I come. Disgusting room, disgusting treatment and so unprofessional. Would never ever recommend to anyone. I have never experienced anything like it. DISGUSTING! Steer clear. 

Birthday stay disaster

Stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Great location just across the road from Brisbane Botanical Gardens and play grounds for kids and river front. Take a stroll to foot bridge that leads to Brisbane wheel and museums etc. Very clean and modernly furnished although an older style building. No bath just a shower and no fans in bedrooms is all. Lucky it was August as would get hot in summer. We were on ground floor with not much view is all. Parking is under ground and cost $29 a day, OK for CBD. Good kitchen and laundry included.

Great Location and modernly furnished

Stayed here with a couple of mates from interstate to go to the footy. 
For what we paid is was awesome value. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. 
Very clean, spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen, balcony, washer and dryer, large tv. 
In terms of location it was great, close to eagle st pier for restaurants, cafes and bars. 
But the best bit, it is right across from the beautiful botanic gardens. 
Great for a stroll or a lie in the sun! 
Would definitely stay again, either with mates or with the family. 

Great value 

The apartment was very comfortable, well equiped with everything I could need. There is a lot of building work in the area whichcan be noisy. 
I would recommend adding lights to the balconu and particularly over the front door, Quite tricky finding keyhole at night.
Great position for river, botanical gardens and loadds of cpffee shops etc.

Lovely self contained apartments. Nice and clean and plenty of room. Great location to the CBD very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking available and a pool too. A downside to this place is all the construction going on around and therefore very noisy. However I would stay there again.
