Small hotel located in the heart of Uspallata with clean, basic and comfortable rooms that are reasonably priced, including continental b'fast, which was ample for us. Reception was very friendly. They also have a small cafe across from the reception desk for coffee, tea and snacks.

Clean, Basic and Comfortable

The hotel is a bit old, don´t have elevator, but have good structure overall - nice heating in the rooms and double layer windows.
Some problems (for some people like me): the apartments have carpet and the bathroom don´t have box.

Nice breakfast, and a lovely coffee shop with direct access (Cazita Suiça) - that i believe be of the same owners of the hotel.

Great location, but really overpriced.
But still, recommended as a good place to stay in Uspallata.

Good, but a bit expensive

On our journey we stopped for one night in Uspallata and decided to stay in Los Condores hotel. It looked nice from the outside and reception and lobby looked decent. We decided to take this hotel even though it was more expensive than the others in town. We found out that the rooms were really outdated in furniture and even plastering fell of the walls. Breakfast had fungus on the bread and when mentioned to the staff they lifted their shoulders and didn't do anything about it.
Jacuzzi at the inside pool is not heated and bubbles machine doesn't work. 
One positive note, the location is in the center of town.

This is a nice hotel, restaurant and a place to rest and use the facilities when on your way to visit Argentinian Andes. Their coffee shop serves excellent coffee. Our cappuccino was served surprisingly with freshly whipped butter and it was delicious. They also serve basic sandwiches and snacks. Downstairs there is a small souvenir shop as well.

this small hotel provided all it advertised. the rooms were clean and comfortable,breakfast varied and ample,  wifi quick and reliable, and the staff pleasant. parking IS provided at a covered lot 2 blocks from the hotel, but we were able to park on the street right in front for three nights. uspallata is not a glamorous town, and los condores is not a glamorous hotel.....but you come here for the mountains, and this place is a good value. and to top it off, they have a nice  indoor pool
