Very cheap and cheerful stay. Very friendly staff. Room basic and exactly what you pay for. No complaints, everything you need. Close to long beach, can rent motorcycles from hotel, which I would advise.  

Very pleasant stay 

If you can look past the rudeness of the women working then this place is fine!

Accommodation is expensive on the island, so $15 a night for a private room with AC is reasonable I think! It's a little outside of town- 5-10 minute scooter ride, but it is walking distance to long beach and lots of eating options. 

They booked our return ferry for us along with pickup for 60k per person. 

When booking through Agoda it stated that we receive breakfast with our booking, but this was untrue. They do not offer breakfast anymore and claimed Agoda was 'broken'. However for our first morning they did make us some pancakes, but said more than once it would be a one off- and wanted us to be eternally grateful for it?!

Scooters are available 2 minutes away for a price of 150k per day, the scooters are brand new and we received loads of compliments about our scooter! 

I probably would stay here again, if I returned to the island, as the price seemed pretty good in comparison to other places. It's a very small guesthouse- only 5 rooms! 

Comfortable room, staff quite rude!

We stayed 5 nights there because it was the cheapest and closet to all the restaurants and the 10min from beach. The room quality has bad aircon and the bathroom is smelly. I would recommend another hostel.

Room smells and service is terrible

We stayed there for three nights, the first two nights were booked online, because our flight was delayed we decided to stay one more night and we also booked online. The girl at the desk said it was ok, however when we were checking out around 5 am, the old lady that didn't speak English locked the door and didn't allow us to leave the hotel, she started yelling at us and asking to pay more money, we showed our receipt but she didn't understand,she just kept asking for more money, we almost missed our flight. The rooms are very basic, for the same money you can probably go to a nicer place. I will never ever stay here again. 

Worst experience ever 

Only stay here if there is no where else. For the $15 they charge I found Liem Thep Thahn Resort just 5 minutes down the road. Small uninteresting rooms here.
My main complaint is the service in organising transport to Ha Tien. I arranged a ticket for the 13:00 boat but the next day found I was on the 14:30 boat. The transport to the harbor was still at 12:00 so I had to wait around at the harbor for a couple of hours. Better to go to Green travel agent a few doors away.
