We spent 6 days with this hotel. We were impressed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We were impressed by the staff especially Kabi and Nghiem for their excellent customer service and professionalism. They were very proactive, helpful and friendly from the beginning of our stay till the end. The staff at the reception were helpful in answering all our questions. We were also impressed by the buffet breakfast. The menu was changed everyday. The staff there were attentive and helpful. The tallest male waiter at the buffet breakfast was very friendly and proactive. He ensured that we had cutlery or if we needed a drink refill. Looking forward to our next stay at Eden Star Saigon Hotel! 👍😀
