I looked up Maloka while searching for hotel options. I was immediately drawn to the well designed layout of the multiple pools. On arrival it was nothing short of what was expected. All the staff members were very welcoming, pleasant and ready to assist in whichever way possible. The room was well kept and comfortable. The food was not totally consistent but was enjoyable nevertheless. The beach had beautiful blue green waters and although there was an event at one section the other was still worth it.  I would definitely recommend Maloka to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.

Great experience at Maloka!

Maloka is a wonderful place to reunite with your family. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped,  the scenery is exceptional, food is above delicious and the personnel is the kindest and most helpful I’ve experienced in a long time.
I totally recommend Maloka for any occasion.

A magical place to be

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at the hotel for my birthday, and it was amazing. The entire property, including the restaurant, rooms, and facilities, was impeccably clean. The pools were pristine, not a leaf in sight.

The hotel is just as beautiful as advertised, but the real stars are the employees. The front desk staff skillfully used WhatsApp and Google Translate to overcome any language barriers. Special thanks to Tony, who always greeted us with a smile and conversed in English at almost every meal.

The food was delicious, consistent, and beautifully presented. For my birthday, the staff surprised me with a cake, and both the staff and manager wished me a happy birthday.

The beach club is just as well-kept and equally staffed with friendly and willing personnel. It’s beautiful and a must-do experience.

We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Maloka. The stunning surroundings, cleanliness, great food, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. 10/10!

Unforgettable Birthday Stay: Perfect Service and Stunning Surroundings

I came here to celebrate my birthday. It is a clean and comfortable hotel with a homely atmosphere. Large rooms, great view, great service. Incredibly delicious food a la cart menu.Good cocktails.Good room cleaning. The sea is far,but there is a regular shuttle service from the hotel .Special thanks to the manager Fernando! He made our stay as comfortable as possible. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday for a couple or even alone. I highly recommend this place!👍❤️

wonderful relaxing holiday

Very amazing place and ther service was wonderful. Our flight came almost 5hrs late and the time was almost 11pm when we checked in and dinner was there awaiting us thk maloka for an amazing experience

El hotel esta situado un poco lejos y la playa mas cercana (guacuco)no es de mis favoritas pero las instalaciones el servicio y la comida hacen que no quieras dejar el hotel sus piscinas son maravillosas y la comida es de lo mejor que he probado(el ceviche) ademas que su personal siempre esta dispuesto a complacerte lo recomiendo ampliamente./The hotel is located a little far from the downtown and the nearest beach (guacuco) is not 1 of my favorite but the facilities the service and the food makes you forget about that i did not want to leave the hotel their pools are wonderful and the food is the best you should try the ceviche in addition to that the  staff is always willing to please you I recommend it widely.

Maravilloso

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The WiFi worked really well for our entire stay, food was great, service was excellent, even got some English channels on the tv. My husband and I had a really great time and we’ll definitely visit again.

This place is beautiful very peaceful quiet and relaxing the staff very professional friendly and helpful it was a truly amazing experience for my wife and I it was what the doctor ordered beauty and relaxation couple with great food and drinks we will be back soon

I spent 5dys 4 nights at the Maloka hotel  room 1501 in an all incl bottom floor room  , which irequested and got,on arrival to the hotel my husband and I were presented with a champagne glass of nice cold juice which was very refreshing ,the receptionist took no time in showing us to our room ,which was nice and well laid out expect for a bidet that was missing in the bath ,the rain shower settings was very well place but missing a soap dish that should of been incorporated in their desighning of their bathroom ,their double beds were very welcoming and one can get a good restful sleep , rooms are clean every day but the linens are clean but looks dinghy,the resturant provided good food especially thier soups very tasteful,thier pools are real clean and very beautifully design and their surroundings also ,In the nights the place lights up and is a spectacle to behold it's very beautiful to look at, the staff not all can talk English ,but they are very nice people and is trying ,to get to that hotel it is a bit far and it's very good also for relaxing with ones family , thanks to the staff for that warm welcome see you again ,for memories are made of things like these bye .
