You get what you pay for and we knew this was a low budget stay. The check in lady was friendly and the rooms very accessible. However the rooms themselves were not clean - I know it was not a five star hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness. There were marks on the walls and the beds didn’t seem very well cared for. We nearly swallowed the cost and booked somewhere else but we just had a couple of glasses of wine and slept through it!

Cheap, but still could have been cleaner

Just nice for short trip around  Niagara fall. This motel locate driving distance to the Niagara fall park less then 20mins and almost same times to the Fashion Outlet. Motel facility is standard, is not nee but just ok for short stay.

the castaldos are heading back in september it started out with me and my wife and now we keep adding more and more family members there truly is no better place then the driftwood on the jersey shore were else can you go and get a nice room a private beach like it is your own. the owners are great trust me people check this place out .remember and read carefully every word i said and when you get there you will no what iam talking about enjoy it and relax .this will be my 6 th or 7th year have fun.

Within beinging our room for about an hour, we gound 4 to 5 little spiders. The shower was claustrophic, and the toilet definitely was not secure. Bed was hard as a rock. No pool either.

We left early due to the noise level of our neighbors. A call was made to the office before they were closed, and it seems that nothing was done. The neigbors only got louder, and sounded like they were coming through the walls. We left in the middle of the night as the neighbors were making sure that we were going to get no sleep. 

My advice take your money and go somewhere else!! 

Don't stay here! 

I had a positive experience in this motel where I stayed one night. Sure, the decor has not been updated in at least 30 years, and it could probably be a little cleaner, but the bed was good, the shower was good, the fridge and air con worked and I had a room in the one-storey section so no elephants above crashing around all night. It's a bit of a drive to the falls but not too far. All-in-all I think it represents decent value for money and is fine for a short stopover.

Not clean at all. AC was the most old model I have seen in my life. 
bed covers are dirty. there was no hotel empty on this weekend. so had to take it. 
only good thing : room was very big. not much distance from the falls.
