This is the worst hotel `I have ever stayed at.  The front desk gets paid to let tow trucks tow your vehicle to a towing area 50 miles outside of Clearlake.  They come at night to tow vehicles.  So, if you are behind on any payments, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.   The plumbing is totally messed up.  Our toilet was plugged every morning from other tenants in the hotel.  Literally I almost got mugged 3 times outside my room.  There are no cameras so nobody would have seen anything.  So if you are worried about safety, don't get a room here and come home late.  Some guy was peeping in the window of the tenant next door to me with a gun.  This is the most ghetto, seedy hotel ever.  They refuse to take more than one bag of garbage per week.  They don't change the sheets, they want you to do it.  They say they clean like once a week, but they literally just run the vacuum.  It is totally unsafe and watch your vehicles.

I feel I was targeted because I’m a brown skin color Hispanic woman, the African-American maintenance man  and the white man that lives on property as a security officer, went into my room after hours without permission When I was gone and  I recorded everything , and please put the top lock because the maintenance man opened my door and tried to break my door down , he was wearing a Intown suite uniform and I did not let him in I called 911 , my neighbor said the white man goes into peoples room without permission

Absolute worst place ever! Began a week stay and ended up leaving due to roaches on the bed and on the floor.

There was no mattress pad or encasement and thin sheets covering a filthy mattress. 

Left the premises and still trying to recover the money. Totally dishonest representation in their description...they are not the leader in extended stays as they claim, but definitely the leader in unsanitary rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

BEWARE OF ROACHES IN THE BED AND FILTH

I checked into this hotel for a few days stay. The first night I noticed a bunch of small ants on the kitchen counter on top of the donuts I had just bought to have as a desert. I told the manager and he said those are just Sugar Ants and are plentiful in that area!! and they can spray next week but not earlier!. Then that night I had an attack of BED BUGS all over my arms and legs. I told the manager again and he sent the housekeeper to check it out! And she admitted in haveing a bed bug problem!. I asked for a refund and left that day.

I rented a room for 2weeks and was happy with the room and the price. I had a friend come over and visit and there was another guest staying there giving racial remarks to my friend who is black that other guest was white. We mentioned this the office but nothing was resolved so it continued and my friend ended up knocking the guy out. the hotel had kicked us out and we just rented for a week with deposit. We ended up losing close to $400 but we had told them what was going on but they were not trying to hear us out. This area is a white dominated area so me being Hispanic and my friend black it was useless.

I reserved this hotel to stay in while I was on assignment.  I am glad I looked at the room before I rented.  There was a great deal of mold in the bathroom, the carpet was disgustingly dirty and the smell was horrible. If I could have rated it a zero I would have.

I wish there was a negative star rating. The manager, Robyn Nelson (---)799-9527, forced her way 3 times into our room while my husband and I were naked. She used extreme profanity while throwing our belongings around, flipped the bed in the air and screaming the entire time. Previously she approached me about joining a pyramid scam selling coffee and soap. I was non committal about attending a 4th of July party given by her 'mentor' friend, I was polite but could barely get my laundry card without her telling me she needed 8 more people so she could get her Mercedes. She was violent, abusive and destructive. She believed we had a cat in the room and not only went though our belongings when we were not there, she showed up at 10:30 am demanding to search us. We asked several other locations to advise us, and they handled it professionally, advising us to call the corporate office. My husband spoke to Mr. Carter, who documented everything and told us he had 3 other calls to make regarding this individual. He told him that most likely, she would not be there when we got back from work. He was polite and apologetic. He reassured us that we would not have to be afraid to return to our room. He was also very eager to make us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable at Inn Town Suites.

I lived here 6 months. It is a great location---the management is nice. It is clean and quiet. However there were BED BUGS in room 341. The other people that stay there are a reasonable class. Without the bugs it is a good place to stay.
