Rooms were dirty. They had cockroaches. Couch and chairs were so dirty and nasty that we wouldn’t even sit on them. Fold out beds were disgusting. Dirt and grime everywhere. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. 

Not worth the money

They cancelled our reservation a week before we arrived. No prior notice and explaining a credit card error. We had to search for a new hotel, paying overprice.
I read the reviews of other customers and never thought it will happen the exact same to me.


Cancellation

We received an email the morning we were on our way to Florida that something went wrong with our credit card and that we had 24 hours to take care of it.  Less than 6 hours later as we were walking up to the desk we get a message that our reservation was cancelled.  No one helped us.  Never again.

terrible, no one cared about our situation.  Thankfully we found another place who accepted  our card no problem.

This is THE WORSE place to stay if you want to do online shopping in miami. They recieve the packages but don’t allow you to have it unless it’s 7 pm till 11 pm. Also when you call, the staff is VERY rude and unable to help you AT ALL they even hang the phone at me a couple times. They said the packages were not there even though it said delivered under the name of the receptionist. This place does not care about you or your time staying there. NEVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN

WORSE HOTEL EVER, RUDE STAFF

We had a spectacular condo with a beautiful view of the ocean.  The pool area is large, but lounge chairs were limited.  There were about 30 of them with an area that could support 150.  Most were also missing straps.  There is a bar by the pool that serves drinks and food.  The beach also had direct access behind the hotel.  There weren't any lounge chairs provided on the beach.  This hotel has valet parking which was not wonderful.  The staff was not friendly or helpful.  There are two small grocery stores on the property as well as a desk to book tours.  Once again, great location, but you pay for it.

Great location

This place has an amazing lobby . Thats where it ends. You get on the elevator, the doors open, and it’s disgusting. It smells, the rooms are filthy. There were hairs in the freezer and utensil drawer. There was a hole in our wall. Rust on everything. We couldn’t stay. We had to go somewhere else. We weren’t comfortable even thinking about laying on the bed. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The pictures they show are not this place. They are similar, but have to be of a different upgraded location. Even for a place to just come and sleep..it’s a big NO.

Stay Away

dirty.  poorly maintained.  bad attention.  The only good thing is the exit close to the beach.  free parking, but you have to be very patient to wait for the car.

Look like once upon a time was a nice luxury place.

Cheap is Expensive

Fun and cheap for 4 college girls. Great pool. Beach access is the closest I’ve been . Beautiful beach and warm water our first 2 nights, then a storm came in and there was seaweed the next 4 days . But still warm . Room was good . We rented from vrbo . Hard to stay 5 days without a kitchen … but doable. We Amazon shipped an electric skillet and then left it there… trolleys are good . Bus to/from airport was good. Fun tiki bar . But pricey. Buy your own booze at grocery store and keep in room !

Fun stay for 4 college girls

We booked this place in June through Priceline. When we arrived we were told that the credit card was declined for payment and we'd have to send the credit card through a text. I asked to receive a photo of who the host was requesting my credit card info. through text and explained that my credit card statement clearly showed the payment posted 06/01/22.  I received a text by phone to click on to add my credit card info. I let the host know I would not send my credit card info. through a text link.I explained it would leave me open to unauthorized charges after I had already paid for the room.  I asked her to contact Priceline to confirm the payment. She said she would. We called her back and she asked me if I received the text to send my credit card information to make the payment. I let her know I would not do it and to contact Priceline. I had to make multiple calls to Priceline and the host. It took approximately four hours to gain access to our room. Let me add how unenjoyable the experience was after out plane landed at 7:40 p.m. This was on top of the LONG line to talk to someone to try to get the host on the phone. We had to continuously step back at the back of the line to try to talk to a staff member. The staff said they did not authorize access to the rooms. It had to be authorized by the host. 

The TV did not work. The refrigerator did not work. We requested a maintenance person to check it. He said the outlets in the units were not working. The issues were left for us to manage without a resolution. The broken electrical outlets made it difficult to charge cellphones. We asked several times for the WIFI password. The host would not send it to us. 

And the parking…while a valet is great, let me say how unpleasant this parking situations. The lines to park and pick up were in the street. The wait time was 30-60 minutes unless you were leaving at 5:00 a.m. 

There must be a better place in Miami to stay. I won't book through Priceline again or at this place again. What an unpleasant experience we went through.
