Sea Club rentals is a wonderful community in a lovely town.  We’ve been back to the resort each year, and have our reservations books for 2021.  The grounds are beautiful, the pool, and game area is nice/clean.  The location is fantastic.  Would highly recommend.

Wonderful time

Stayed a week in one of the 1st floor condos - facing the Intracoastal waterway and WOW was it nice! Location was very peaceful yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc. Felt very safe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was advertised as having a heated pool but the water was very cold. The water in the ocean was warmer! We were very happy otherwise!

Perfect for us!

My wife and I check into this apt that was advertised as a Luxury apt when in fact it is a dump. Jacky the property manager no where to be found on the property.  I’m uninterested in whatever she is doing off property with out a back up person as she poured forth where she was off property ie baseball game bla bla bla. Tv not working. Silver fish running around the apt and nesting under through rug. Tv remote and stuff sticky and dirty.  Mattress is not a mattress but flooring (thats how hard the mattress were). Dirty and filthy. Would not sit on any of the furniture without throwing a sheet over it. Look at the pictures that will tell you something. We were there for about two to three hours and we beat feet. 
Lu lu down the street has great ice cream... but this place RUN!!!!!

Lets Give you some Realty: Sea Dump Resorts

The location and grounds were good. Jackie at front desk was nice and check-in went smoothly. We enjoyed the pool, view of inner coastal, and convenience of the beach (across the street). The elevator was tempermental. The condo we rented was spacious but very worn. It needed a thorough cleaning and updating---tile floors were slick from sand, dish cabinet shelves were dirty, black grit on deck table and chairs, upholstered furniture was water stained and worn, beds were uncomfortable (squeaky and noisy), 4 skinny bath towels were provided, no hair dryer, minimum kitchen utensils, no TV in bedroom. Also, kitchen faucet sprayed into dining room, and no one ever came to fix it after it was reported!! We booked last minute and were grateful to find a place during a holiday week.

Sea Club

You won’t be disappointed. Sea Club condos are awesome. We stayed at unit #37 for a whole week and we sure had a pleasant vacation. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. 

We had everything we needed and more, we actually overpacked and half of our stuff stayed in the cars because the condo was super well equipped.

The beach chairs and wagon were a plus to carry all we needed to the beach. Beach access is very close to the property half a block and you’re stepping on sand. 

The pool was extremely clean never saw a hair. 

The fishing dock was great very relaxing we actually catch fish (drum fish, lady fish, pin fish and cat fish) Residents are very friendly and there is a welcome feeling all around this property. 

This was our first time but won’t be the last. We highly recommend this place for families with kids.

Hidden gem

We stayed in a two bedroom condo overlooking the pool.  Clean and well presented condo .  Nice change of pace after the theme parks of Orlando. Great location and a beautiful beach just across the road. A short car journey takes you to Clearwater. St Johns pass was great to visit , and i would recommend the Dolphin Quest boat tour. We saw more dolpins here than at Clearwater.

relaxing family stay

We stayed in apartment 25 Block 4 which is on the first floor so only a few steps.  The view from the balcony over the intercoastal waterway   was perfect.  Watching the cormorants, pelicans and other birds while eating breakfast was fascinating. We were facing east so perfect sunrises to our perfect days in the sunshine. Everything needed was provided, like home from home.  The apartment is large with TV and Netflix if you don't want to watch American TV.  The beach is a short walk to a road crossing and then the entrance to the beach in front.  This beach is one of the quieter ones and does not have loungers and umbrellas to hire but there was two deck chairs in the apartment which we borrowed. Perfect days were spent on the beach reading and enjoying the sunshine. The apartment was well furnished and nicely decorated and the beds comfortable.  Lots of restaurants recommended by Jaci the manager of the apartments who was very helpful but all need to be reached by car. I would recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy something quieter than St Pete's Beach or Clearwater Beach

ldeal Location with greqt views

Good and friendly managed nice appartements. Everything is ready to go in and enjoy your vacation. Even beach utilities are ready. Good, because the beach is right over the road.
Very nice area too, not as busy as Tampa. However, if you dont want to go to the beach, most attractions are 30-60 minutes away. There is enough to do around Tampa.
There are a couple of shops up the road and walmarts within a range of 20 minutes.
The only really annoying thing was, that the AC went down a few times, but was fixed within a day (i tell you, you cant sleep without that in summer).
I can definately recommend this place and will return if i have the possibility.

A nice place to spend vacation

We stayed in the building right on Gulf Blvd (closest building to the ocean) and we had very limited ocean view. The condo is very clean and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable sofas and beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. It is a very short walk to the beach. It should be noted that there is a short flight of steps to enter the first floor and a longer flight of steps to get to the second floor. Our biggest concern is that this condo is NOT child friendly. The balcony has balusters wide enough for our four year old to put his head through and no netting to keep him from falling. Several of the pictures provided by management show netting on the porches, but our unit did not have any netting. Also, the unit had several (5) glass top tables. But once we put all of the glass tables in one corner and locked the balcony doors, we had lots of fun. If you're not traveling with small children or people with problems climbing stairs, this is a great place to stay!
