Please note guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation.Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.Guests will receive check-in details after payment. If no check-in information is received, guests must call the property prior to check in for the lock box code.Please note 2 parking spaces are allotted per property. Large vehicles such as RVs and trucks with trailers cannot be accommodated. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Solterra Resort Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Greenway Property Management will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
