The room was very clean,  atmosphere was wonderful, staff was very friendly and awesome.  I just Wished breakfast would have been included because i thought it was pricey. They did have a little breakfast restaurant in lobby area but cracker barrel is right down the road and I know I will get my money's worth 

Spotless

I had a room booked before I realized what happened. Beautifully decorated property, clean and the coffee set up was well done.  All the staff were nice and helpful.  Very quite room on the third floor.

Fastest hotel check in ever

Always our stop on the way home to Florida. Clean and comfortable with coffee and water available in the lobby-and fresh baked cookies in the early evening. Good mattresses. Kuerig coffee pot. Convenient to interstate, it's in a hotel complex, facing the  mountains.

Repeat Repeat Stays

We are staying locally because of a leak in our home. We have been here a month. We have been trying to get a suite that is joining and custodial staff showed it to me this weekend.  When I asked the general manager about this room when it becomes available he denied it existed.  He said he would check and call me back but didn’t. Later that evening I asked to see a suite that had been reserved by the insurance company and I told the manager that this would not work and asked why he had not called me back.  He told me that was the day before of this morning and then called me a liar and a sl-tand the told me to go F my self multiple times in the hallway. We were supposed to be here another month but are now leaving immediately.

The general manager is crazy.

One of the the better Hilton Properties I've stayed at. Everything was perfect. I arrived at 1:00 am and the young lady at the desk was very professional and helpful. The selection at the pantry was nice and worked for me, someone checking in at this late hour. 

Perfect Stay

Lack of response, no manager on site all weekend, front desk was cordial, food in hallways, bar was not open all weekend for New Years, BLOOD noticed the next morning, sheets had not been changed from previous guest. Hotel Operations Manager questioned how we did not notice at check in- took more than 4 hours to get clean sheets. Will not stay at any of Five Star Hospitality Hotels within this area, such a shame that LOYAL Hilton members are treated so poorly. 

Poor Management, Blood on bedding, accused guests of lying. Don't stay here- Loiterers in lobby asking for drinks

Clean, quiet room (425), comfortable bed, extraordinary shower pressure, spacious shower and bathroom. What more do you need?  Moon, the evening receptionist was courteous and welcoming. Heat and AC are easily controlled. Access to the hotel was easy. A great overnight stop for travels en route from Missouri to Florida.

One of the best

We were looking for a quiet overnight stay before heading through Atlanta.  This was it!  There are a number of hotels in the area; this appeared to be the best of the lot.  The reception was nice and efficient, and the room clean and nice, but nothing fancy.  We did go to the restaurant and bar.  The bartender/server was super, and even called my wife to inform her she had left her purse downstairs.  We are very thankful for that.  The breakfast was the only down side.  The choices were very limited, and I had to remind the clerk at checkout that we were Honors members, and she promptly changed out bill.  Not sure how much there is to do in the area, but it servedour purpses well.

Great Overnight Stay while en route

Usually I enjoy staying in this hotel when I am in Dalton but my recent stay was terrible.  The specific room is the problem.  I booked a King Suite but due to the configuration of the hotel, Room 316 is not a King but a Queen-sized bed.  The room itself is cramped because it is too small for a decent suite, but too big for a non-suite layout.  So they sold it as a King Suite but it was a Queen Suite.  I could live with that (but it was the same price as a King Suite.) BUT -- the worst part was the mattress.  After four nights, I seriously had trouble walking in the morning.  The mattress is TERRIBLE!!!  Please change the mattress, and while you're at it, get some pillows that are not made out of concrete!  That was the WORST BED of all time.  Avoid Room 316!!

Really good 4 star hotel exp and value, it gets 5 stars because its just better than everyone else in town. Resturant is really good considering it is a hotel. Clean and friendly service, great breakfast. no complaints,
