Overall an average Premier Inn. Excellent location right off M6 but quiet and couldn't hear any traffic noise. Room ok but one irritating thing was the very loud extractor fan in the bathroom which stayed on for ages. Pleased we only had to put up with it for one night!

Very noisy bathroom fan!

Had a lovely stay at this premier inn.
Room just want we needed. Had dinner in the restaurant, food was good but service from Lindsey & Sarah is why I’m writing this review, couldn’t do enough for us. Absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much for them.

Lovely stop over

Hi, the overall stay was ok but the staff did not concentrate on when I said 50% of the amount to be charged in my business card and 50% on my personal credit card. The staff charged me 2 times mistakenly on my credit card. I realised when I went to the room and later came down again to show her the mistake. She apologized and requested for refund which I am still waiting to get. It has been more than a week. The staff should concentrate on the guest saying. Quite unhappy with the front desk service. Will never opt to stay with premier inn

Accommodation was good but the staff looked quite busy

Whilst I use premier inn for my business, this was the worst experience to date due to the fact we had no heating in the room on arrival , we waited a few hours to see if the stat would work but didn’t so we had to endure a room at 12 degrees , no room to relocate to either so had to use a portable heater which took hours to warm up the room and subsequently my wife triggered an asthma attack so coughing all night ! Not a great nights sleep premier Inn

A cold experience

Needed a quality place to stay overnight near Warrington near M6. It was perfectly placed easy to find and had a secure car park. Room was good, staff friendly and beer cheap. First room had a bad drains smell. Staff moved me to another without any bother. Cleanliness was good but a bit of mould in the shower enclosure.

We booked for two nights , 10-12 September 
Cancelled the second night as just couldn’t sleep
When I told reception, I wasn’t staying the second night as couldn’t sleeP and asked to claim against their guarantee sleep policy 
She handed me a card with a website address, and said I had to deal with their head office 
I eventually found a feedback form and submitted a complaint 
I received a acknowledgment number and was told I’d receive a reply in 7 days 
3 weeks on , I still have had no contact. I tried calling, waited up to 30 minutes, had several recorded messages, but decided to gang up as could not hold on any longer 
The email says not to submit my complaint again . As this complicates their procedures!
Is anyone ever going to respond 
I believe the receptionist should of dealt onsite when I raised my complaint 
We have stayed here many times, we will think very hard about staying there in the future
Maybe the sleep guarantees are just a marketing con !

No contact following complaint

This was our second stay at this particular Premier Inn.  We used it as we did before, as a stopover between travelling from home to our destination further north. Easy parking outside the hotel, super quick check in, friendly staff, super comfy and clean room, meal deal dinner and breakfast was superb - everything just as we expected, making our stay a really pleasant relaxing one ready for our onward journey.

Room very clean staff very helpful and friendly can not fault the staff at all food menu not alot of choice breakfast a lot more choices I do find that it is very good value for money good idea to pay for your meals before hand 

Stay at premier Inn Warrington

Cowboy builders made it impossible for my terminally ill husband and I to stay at home- the staff were wonderful: nothing too much trouble and went the extra mile several times. Great beds,delicious food and friendly staff- helped put us back together again!! ❤️ Well done!!

Refuge in a storm

Room very hot ,no sleep for the whole 3 nights, fan supplied inadequate. Needs updating now we are experiencing extreme weather. Complained to staff but is up to head office. Staff very friendly and helpful.
