So glad that we found this b&b. Tom is a lovely man. A fab host and really cares about those who stay with him. The room we had was perfect for our needs. 10 min walk to ironbridge. Ate in the black swan and woodbridge, both great.  Definately would stay again when we go back to ironbridge.  Breakfast was lovely too.  Thanks Tom.

perfect place for us

Thank you Tom we enjoyed your excellent breakfast and your BxB is in a great spot for exploring Ironbridge. We wanted cheap and cheerful and your property looked after our needs 100%. 

It was also lovely that you recommended local pubs for our meal the olde Robin Hood was excellent,  great food, great pint and very friendly.

We found your place comfortable, Interesting, with a good shower , all in all its nice and peaceful.

We got some gorgeous photos of your fish and amazing flowers and would return.

We very often visit Ironbridge and would willingly buy you a pint!!

Lovely over night stay

A warm and friendly welcome from Tom, comfortable room, hearty breakfast, a 10 minute stroll to town/bridge. An enjoyable 3 night stay and loved Tom's rustic terraced garden. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Ladywood, thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay

Just had a fab two nights in ladywood b&b. Tom the owner was the best !!!   Place is great for families or couples or singles alike. Tom. Wry accommodating and cannot do enough for you. He cooks a lovely breakfast too. He even walked to the local pub to book a table for us as there was 9 of us and he was worried that we might not get in anywhere.  Also the owner of the black swan where we ate the two nights. The food was fab and plentiful and Teresa was very friendly along with all her staff. Recommend both establishments!!

Ladywood B&B   Ironbridge

What a lovely place. Rooms were compact but perfectly OK. The owner was really friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and facilities. 
Breakfast was perfect and the whole B&B was reasonably priced - we'll be back!

A real gem of a place

Good location, plenty of parking, quiet room. Stayed one night. Although our room was not en suite we did have a large private bathroom. Tom was a lovely host and was very helpful with tips of visiting the area. There are two pubs within a 5-10 minute walk.

Nice b and b

What can I say?  This B n B is a bit off the beaten track but close enough to Ironbridge.  An old building with lots of character, like Tom, the owner.  He can't do enough for you.  Always available when you need him, gave us the lowdown on the town, attractions etc, and the best places to eat and drink.  Our room(3) was lovely and comfortable.   Shower was good and free WiFi too. No tea or coffee in room but there's small central sitting room with all this provided to use when you like, biccies too.  Plus you can use the small fridge if needed.  Breakfast was very nice, only thing I didn't like was the banger but this place is great value for money and if I go back to Ironbridge I will be phoning Tom.  Thank you!

Great place to stay

My partner and I stayed for one night and were delighted with how comfortable the accommodation was. Tom was a wonderful and most helpful host, and the breakfast was excellent. I would be more than happy to stay again!

Cosy and comfortable

My wife and I stayed one night - Room 5, to be avoided. This room has what is described by Booking.com "Twin Room with private External bathroom" - this translates as a bathroom across the hall (a good sized, clean bathroom with good facilities) - with adjoining bedrooms and a lounge all within the immediate area - granted sole use notice on door for Rm 05, but not what i had expected in terms of private access !! Room 5 is small, dark with a musty / damp aroma. Booking .com state "tea and coffee facilities in room" - they are not, but located in communal lounge area. The adjoining lounge  area was occupied through to 2300 by two couples loudly talking - no thought of others, attempting to sleep.The table for breakfast was numbered (5) and very small in a corner - both seats facing the wall. Debs (failed to introduce herself as the co owner) - served breakfast, eggs were hardly cooked and bacon was very underdone. When we leftIi said good bye - debs did not make eye contact or respond. We met Tom in the garden as we left and found him to be very congenial and pleasant. Informed signs / directions would certainly help locate the local pubs / restaurants as no clue regarding which direction one should take on leaving the B&B. Booking.com need to get the description right as it is currently misleading. I could not recommend this establishment.

Good Location

Myself and my partner stayed in Ladywood for one night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Upon arrival you pass the wonderful garden that is brimming with flowers. Our room was so clean and the building itself has so much character. Tom the host could not have been more welcoming and friendly, he couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast on the morning was a generous potion and absolutely delicious, you could tell that all the ingredients were of a high quality. I would personally like to thank Tom and his staff for making our trip to Ironbridge an unforgettable experience.
