We stayed just before Halloween, and there were decorations and games for the kids in the reception area. Our room was spotless, with lots of natural light, and the gorgeous comfy beds we've come to expect!
All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable- but shout out to Laura, Aggie and Nat who all went above and beyond to make our stay (and especially our 6 year old son's stay) extra special! 100% recommend x

Halloween Visit!

This hotel was almost perfect. If I cud give it 99.9% I would! Lol. The beds great, food exceptional, staff amazing. Why did u lose ur 10th of 1%? No decaf teabags!!! Staff were apologetic but  couldn't help, but please management sort it soon as we will be returning.

Our daughter was unwell over night and Mel on front desk couldn't have been more helpful or supportive to take some of the stress out of trying to make her comfortable without home comforts.
Will definitely be coming back when we need to stay over in Swindon.

Very helpful staff

This was a really nice Premier Inn - just what you expect from one - at a time when not all Premier Inn’s seem to offer what was once standard anymore. It was nice and clean inside, had pleasant staff and a comfortable room. It is not particularly central and there isn’t too much around there, but it’s perfect for a stopover and well-priced.

Exactly what Premier Inn should be

This was an unexpected stay due to traffic /weather but it was very pleasant. Very clean and tidy and very friendly. Could have done with the pub next to it serving food until a bit later though 

Value for money

The Premier Inn at Swindon Central met my high expectations - a warm welcome from staff, a good sized room, excellent toiletries and a comfortable bed. The free Wi-Fi was sufficient for my needs. The pub/restaurant next door had a full menu for our evening meal and breakfast and the Premier Inn meal deal provided amazing value for money. The limitless Coca Cola soft drink machine was brilliant.

Great value for money stay in Swindon

My partner and I spent a night on new year's eve 2023 just some time to ourselves.  The room was clean and cosy . Staff were friendly and helpful.  The brewster fayre was reasonable.  If you have a blue card you can get discount on drinks and food 

Worth the money

Constantly kept awake at night with banging from upstairs and the car park outside, really an awful experience. Have stayed at premier inns before and had no issues, receptionist was also quite rude to us when checking out.

Worst night sleep ever

Very friendly staff, young guy on reception, think he was in training, was very helpful and polite, room was clean & quiet, as always bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, overall a very nice stay.
