Clean and comfortable room - the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely clean white sheets, had a great couple of night's sleep. Bathroom also really clean with a lovely hot and powerful shower. The attached restaurant was spot on, despite being quiet when we arrived late, the kitchen was open and we had a much needed meal after a long journey. Took the meal deal for the following night which included breakfast which was great value for money. The choice on offer for the continental breakfast was brilliant and the cooked breakfast lovely too and set us up for the long drive home. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Watch out for the two huge potholes in the carpark though.

It did the trick!

It is refreshing to stay at a hotel where the staff are cheerful, attentive, and "give a damn" about their work. All the staff at this hotel were great - from front of house, to the waiters and waitresses in the attached pub for evening meal/breakfast. There's also a decent range of gluten-free meal choices (if you're Coeliac like me). We'll be back in Shrewsbury sometime in the next year, and I already know where we'll be staying. P.S. Room 107 is massive!

Excellent staff who enjoy their jobs

Room was spotless great housekeeping team. Area was lovely and quiet. Catherine helped us with places to visit in shrewsbury. We had breakfast which was made to order an delicious. We did not have evening meal.

Premier Inn, Harmer Hill Shrewsbury

Our first visit to a Premier Inn and we were really pleased. The staff were really pleasant ,helpful  and friendly. We both booked the meal deal and it was really good value. Two course evening meal with a drink of your choice and an all you can eat breakfast. All was smashing. What we really liked was the freedom to come and go as you wish. Good large free car park is essential to us .

Loved the freedom and the bed.

Brilliant hotel, nice and clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was very comfortable, reception staff were friendly. Coffee and tea making facilities available. Black curtains are very good for a lie in!. Would recommend!

Brilliant!

Had an amazing weekend, staff were warm and friendly, room was beautifully presented and spacious, couldn't have been better, we had a Sunday carvery at the adjoining restaurant, which was also superb, nice and hot and was also plentiful, all in all we had a wonderful weekend and would recommend this Premier inn to anyone 💯

An excellent Premier Inn. Good location, plenty of free parking, welcoming and efficient staff both on reception and in the restaurant (special mention to Tom & Sam our servers for our evening meal who were great.)

Excellent stay

Another fabulous stay here over Christmas! Friendly receptionist checking me in. Had a fabulous large, warm, clean room with tea/coffee facilities. Bonus of free car parking. Will definitely be staying again soon and recommend it to family & friends!

Another enjoyable stay at Harmer Hill

We try to have a Christmas shopping trip at Shrewsbury each year and part of that treat is a stay at the premier Inn , we prefer that choice as we know axactly what we get for our money , the food , drink service and location in or just outside the town .
