Lovely property and nice grounds. Naturally friendly and efficient welcome from Deborah Nuttall. Lovely comfortable en suite room with all the basics and flat screen T.V.  Good value for money Breakfast, continental and fully cooked. Inc in the price. Lovely location. River and small yaughts and boats. Countryside and walks and some nice pubs that do meals and a restaurant. Bus stops and a regular bus service close by. I live on The Island and stayed overnight for a nice relaxing get away. Perfect.

Overnight relaxing stay

Ivy Hall is a little gem I found whilst looking for a place to stay,  Its a home from home with comfortable spacious rooms with pleasant views. All the creature comforts one would expect, with a welcoming host and an amazing breakfast choice it was a stay to remember and will be returning in the near future.
  The on site parking was also a handy place to leave the car.

A little gem on the Isle of Wight

We visited Ivy Hall, and the Isle of Wight the third time now. Ivy Hall is the best B&B we ever had in 30 years of travelling to the UK and Ireland. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is absolutely stunning. Deborah is simply perfect! We are looking forward to our next holidays there.

One Word: Perfect!

A very pleasant stay at Ivy Hall. A warm and friendly welcome on arrival, lots of tips brochures and guide books offered to help us plan our stay on the island. The room was large, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard as was the rest of the house. A small fridge in the room was a bonus to keep drinks chilled. Breakfast all cooked to order and plenty of tea coffee juice etc.
Nice surroundings with a view of the lake and plenty of walks nearby. 
We would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return again soon.  Thank you for a great few days.

Highly recommend 

This is my second stay at the Ivy Hall B&B, Myself and friends stayed over August Bank Holiday 2022, and enjoyed our stay so much that we returned this August Bank Holiday (2023). 
The owner Deborah makes you feel very welcome, she has a wealth of knowledge about the Isle of Wight and is more than happy to share this with guests. 
The B&B is spotless and Deborah runs a tight and orderly ship. The Full English Breakfast is cooked to order, and the home made jam is spot on. 
I would highly recommend staying here.     

A Great Home from Home

What fabulous place. Deborah was a perfect host, My room was comfortable and cosy with great care taken with the detail. 
Breakfast was freshly cooked with great produce.
I loved sitting in the garden for breakfast looking over the lake. 
The bus runs every 10 min to Ryde or Newport from just outside which means you can reach anywhere on the Island very easily. Thank you Deborah for making my stay so nice.
 

Perfect.

I found this place online back in February I believe, my parents & myself stayed for 2 nights from last Saturday until Monday, we wanted somewhere nearby as we were visiting Osborne House & the Isle Of Wight Steam Railway.

Deborah is a very nice & helpful lady, she really knows how to look after her guests.

We  thoroughly enjoyed our stay, my room was perfect, very comfortable bed & the bathroom was nice and spacious, plenty of space.

My parents had a suite which was magnificent & the bathroom had plenty of space too.

The breakfast was delicious as well.

Thank you very much, we had a lovely stay at your bed and breakfast.

We hope to return again at some point.

Excellent bed & breakfast, lovely hostess.

After looking at the photos on line this seemed to be an ideal location.  It looked as though the lake view from the garden was uninterrupted, the seat view looking at the boats looked lovely. Just what we were looking for - an idyllic peaceful spot for our 3 day break. Wrong!! The noise from the road that splits the property from the lake was deafening. Sleep was totally disturbed. We found the seat overlooking the lake and the boats, it was nothing to do with this property, just something that was nearby. Although clean the room was extremely dated other than the bathroom which was nice. Limited dining room space was a problem if you chose to get out and about early. Deborah was a friendly hostess but could not accommodate us for an early breakfast slot on our day of departure.  Would not return.

Wow!! Traffic noise

Great B&B in a good location. Free parking available. The room was clean, spacious and had nice view. Breakfast was tasty, Deborah was the perfect host.

Another perfect stay with the amazing Debbie, beautiful clean facilities, great breafast..can't wait to get back next year. 
Very handy for our motobike to tour the Island, loads of parking, beautiful garden. Great position, just down from the ferry at Fishbourne.
