One of the best accommodations you can book, me and my colleague arrived there and was greeted with kindness, shown our rooms. Rooms were amazing along with the staff. We started work later and slept in for breakfast but upon checking out we were given a breakfast pack and hot coffee. Couldn’t be happier with the service and accommodation we received. Highly recommend! We got the best sleep we’ve had from staying away🙏

Amazing accommodation

Lovely Victorian building.Lisa and Ross were excellent hosts. Stayed in room 6 a deluxe double room providing much more than we would have expected. There was a decanter of whiskey and one of sherry (unfortunately we weren’t able to take full advantage) a tub of sweets, a mini fridge with water, espresso and chocolates as well as all the usual teas, coffees and biscuits. At breakfast we were spoilt for choice with a huge array of food.  The pillows, bed and bedding were all so comfy. Would have preferred if the room was at the rear of the house but this is a minor point.

Little gem

5 star stay! Owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and some lovely touches… sherry and sweeties! Moffat is a pretty, interesting town with some good eateries, especially the Italian

Will come return

Recently stayed at this guest house and was pleasantly surprised. Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Large bathroom and shower.Bedding quilt and pillows were high quality and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this guest house to anyone thinking of visiting and staying in Moffat.

Great guest house.

Stayed in this lovely b&b last week for one night. Would have loved to stay longer.
Beautiful house, very clean and a very nice hostess that made us very welcome on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a beautiful room at the front but it was very quiet. We had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious.
Definitely going to this little gem again.

Amazing stay

Ideal location only paces away from the main square (free parking) lovely warm welcome from Sue, immaculate throughout, pleasant ensuite room with lots of attention to detail, bed & linen - OUTSTANDING, fantastic breakfast! This is a quiet, peaceful above standard guest house , for the price, far exceeded expectations, wouldn't hesitate to book again, Many Thanks for your hospitality Sue!

Perfection!

landlay Sue could not have been more welcoming and helpful in this clean,cosy, relaxing and peaceful guest house. 
Rooms modern, fresh , en suite, tea/coffee facilities, safe and quiet. 
Breakfast varied , including cooked and vegetarian. Really good filter coffee in your own cafitierre ! usage of cosy lounge with comfy seating  and books during the day. You do not get put out of room and can use room all day .

This b&b is highly recommended especially for their motorcycle parking spaces, which are to be found around the back of the premises. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is substantial and coeliacs are catered for. Thoroughly recommend. 

So good we’ve stayed here three times!

The room was large, very clean, well equipped and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of cereals and beautifully cooked main course. Parking outside the front and to the rear. Sue is a wonderful host. Would make a good base for visiting the area and is a super overnight stay for business and onward travellers.

Very Comfortable, Very Friendly

We stayed here for just one night on our hectic trip to Scotland ,and our host was very good .The room was very well appointed with all the items you would expect and many more , the room was very clean and comfortable .after a very good nights sleep the breakfast was very welcome, plenty of choice and we left feeling very well looked after .
