We stayed at this guest house for two night and had a brilliant stay. We had a ground floor room which had tea and coffee making and biscuits. A very comfortable bed and plenty of room to put our belongings in the room.  The wifi was secure and quick. 
The cooked breakfast comes in three sizes with as much toast and cereal as you wanted. We were recommended a place for dinner which did not disappoint.  Definitely a place to go back to.

The Causeway exceeded our expectations. The property is well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. The room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It's close to key attractions but still feels tucked away. A great mix of comfort and convenience!

Great Experience!

Lovely clean room, nice decor, fab cooked breakfast ( three size choices) , comfy bed, good parking, warm welcome fro. Staff and owner, tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, en suite. Really Highly Recommend. Thankyou for a lovely stay Causeway guest house we will come again

Excellent guest house

The best b and b I have stayed in the breakfast is excellent and is a perfect start to the day the rooms are clean and spacious and parking is good and on site local town it 5 min walk away would I recommend no because place like this are hard to find and I want to keep it a secret

Excellent place in march

I highly recommend staying in The Causeway Guest House. We opted for the duluxe double room and we were far from disappointed, the bed was MASSIVE!!! and the room was spacious too so it wasn't like they'd squeezed a large bed into a tiny room. Everything was clean and tidy and had a really nice comfortable feeling. Sometimes staying in places like this you find the rooms can be a bit like a house and rather hollow but we couldn't hear anything from the rooms around us which was a huge bonus. Staying here also has one very big benefit... Breakfast!!!! You have so much to choose from, from a extra large cooked breakfast (or small if you prefer) to cerials or Yogurt or just toast! There's so many options and it's all provided with the most incredible service. It's so lovely to stay in a place where the people working there actually care about the level of service they are providing. Thank you for a great stay!

First Class Guest House

A very friendly greeting. Shown to our room,which was very clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were crisp and clean. The pillow was so comfy. The shower was extremely good. (You have to wait about a minute for hot water to come through) Towels were good too. Tea and coffee making facilities good. Biscuits too. 
Beware of the fried breakfast!!! Even the mid size is large. Extremely good, and cooked to perfection. Toast arrived hot, which pleased me. Breakfast room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very friendly service. A great place.
Our room was at the front upstairs. You can see it in the photo. The one in the middle. It was a bit noisy with early morning traffic. But we knew that was going to be the case.

Great value for money

love this place been here lots of times . Staff 10/10 rooms 10/10/ the breakfasts brilliant .there are 3 breakfasts small .medium. And the Challenge I dare you to do this at lest once this will set you up for the day .

Excellent value for money, our room was clean, tidy, functional with tea & coffee making facilities and TV. Breakfast was exceptional, there were three options for the English breakfast smaller, medium and very large plus a choice of yogurts, fruit and eggs etc.etc. There is also plenty of parking at the rear of the property.

Excellent value for money

This place is great value for money. Conveniently situated with ample off road safe parking. The owner Brent is a top guy who can’t do enough to help you…he even booked alternative accommodation for me when he had none available. The rooms are comfortable and clean and I don’t believe you’ll find a better breakfast anywhere!

Nothing not to like!…..

Rooms are immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay! Yea and coffee and regularly stocked up , hairdressers and fans are provided also. Breakfast is absolutely amazing! Great quality and nothing is too much trouble for the host! Will definitely be back as room rates are very very reasonable for the service received.
