It was clean and nice thank you for the hospitality

We booked this break in January as an extra few days away after a family wedding. As we had our vehicle we needed something with parking and outside the city centre. This hotel does NOT have free onsite parking, the only parking is on the road. The room we stayed in was nothing like the images at all!!! It was so bad we were offered a full refund which hasn't arrived.a.week after promised!There was a kitchen with no cutlery or crockery other than 2 tea spoons and 2 odd mugs. The fridge froze anything that was placed in ther and there was no milk or brew making items other than a few tea bags. So we had to buy milk etc. The sheet did not fit the bed and we both woke up on the bare mattress!There was tape over the old light fittings in the ceiling, the windows were extremely old, cracked and had bits of tissue paper stuffed in the corners. The boiler and water tank for the whole building was in our room and there was a delightful balcony with what I assume was some sort of large ventilation system, all of these were extremely noisy and kept us awake!Half a toilet roll to last 3 days which isn't great as a woman especially when you have your period! No shower gel or hand soap either, no floor mat in the bathroom and a toilet seat that was broken.The public transport takes over 40 minutes to get to tower bridge London and an Uber/taxi is about 30. We do NOT recommend this hotel at all

nothing like the images at all!

Few issues they need to sort out, broken window, hair in plug hole, flickering light. Very noisy on the Saturday night with music playing in the pub till at least 12:30/1am! Couldn’t sleep.

The room looked nothing like the picture shown, the bed was a double not kingsize as stated. Bits of tiles in bathroom chipped. I had to pick up some rubbish off the bathroom floor. No toilet roll. Full size fridge in the room was a bit random, it was dirty inside. Sheets on the bed were dirty. (we slept on the top of the bed).Ceiling fan made alot of noise and you couldn't have it in without the light on. No one about when we checked out. The parking was on the street outside some houses, so we had to park right at the bottom of the road.

Bed was a little small and shower took a while to drain but apart from that it was all good. Staff were really nice and location was brilliant

Very good hotel!

The accommodation is tired and poor. Paintwork chipped, shower leaked. T.V could not work. Very limited food menu. The people that worked in the bar were super though. Thanks Nicki.

Thought it would be better

First impressions good nice welcome got into the room no towels no loo roll and a half drank juice and a pizza in the fridge Cooking facility dirty pans but no utensils Towels and loo rolls rectified We went out till late when got back  we pulled the duvet back no bottom sheet on the bed ?No contact numbers no one around Did not look like the pics on Hotels. ComCame back in the evening to a fire door jammed open removed what was stopping it shutting But it was back there again the next morning Milk to make a drink already OFF And let’s finish with the trip wire on the way out Please see pics attached and make up your own mind.  such a shame ☹️ lack care

Very shocked to see the state of the room when from outside looked ok first thing noticed was holes in the door and frame and bent lock wardrobe doors wouldnt open or close as hanging off the tracks so couldnt use them  electic sockets were hanging off the walls and could be moved and wires were exposed holes in walls bathroom door didnt shut but had over 20 rusty nails hanging out totally thick dust wrote my name in it the walls were all mucky and dusty and fire saftety was disgusting shocking sprinkler rammed with toilet roll so wouldnt pick up any fire till too late.
