Stayed in 2 Caravans in March (Easter school Holiday).
Lovely location right on the pebble beach.
Caravans were of good quality, no complaints.
Club was excellent, not over crowded, we enjoyed it.
One of our Caravans had got a Kitchen cleaner set (washing up liquid, spare bin bag, dishcloth), the other had not. I informed reception about it and they said they would get one down to us, They did not !!  Point lost !!

Very good chance we will return.

Really enjoyed it.

We stayed in the Burst of Blue accommodation, it was very spacious and was a lovely set up but there were some cleanliness issues which didn't impact our weekend stay as we were mostly out.
A few photos attached (some won't upload): smelly dirty wet mop left by the cleaners with a dirty bucket, dirty toilet brush - unhygenic even having one, ?urine stained mattresses, stained pillow(s), rusty dusty towel radiators, mouldy bathroom seals, dusty dirty remotes, dusty surfaces, inside the bins filthy. If we were there for the week, I'd have definitely reported it to guest services. 
The site is ideal for beach access and accessing local attractions.

Not the cleanest.

I read some really alarming reviews prior to coming, so our expectations were low; however I’m really pleased to say all our fears were expelled as soon as we got to the accommodation. Jodie and Sadie (accommodation prepers) had done a fantastic job !

The site is right on the beach, entertainment in the evening was good and the food server was good!

This is our first night and I hope the rest of ten stay is as positive!

Perfect family get away!

Stayed for 3 nights in luxury lodge with hot tub, paid for an early check in, lodge was clean and spacious everything in good working order. The resort is close to a few pubs, fair etc so it was nice to venture out. We only went swimming once as kids found it a little boring being quite small slides etc but killed an hour. Not as scenic as other parks we've visited before in Wales. However, my 2 10 year old loved the entertainment they often find it all a bit cringe but I think it catered really well for their age group and above. We was lucky enough to watch wrestling which was really funny (although £3 each to get a photo on you're own phone seemed a bit extreme). A magician/comedian and they had a race night too. Bingo for the kids wS fun and free. Loved all the songs we go to the holiday villages abroad n it was nice to hear same upbeat songs here. They boys booked on a nerd activity which they really enjoyed and got to run riot in the casosel. But shout out to Jeevan (sorry if this is incorrect spelling) he was great with the kids giving first pumps out, selfies, calling them bruh 😂, he was born to do that job and is a credit to the resort.

Lovely family stay

Absolutely furious bin coming to this lovely caravan site for years with my children without no problems this weekend however was appalling booked a luxury caravan for three nights at the price of £500 upon arrival n check in was stunned to find nails and screws stickin out the caravan steps and all over the ground or the caravan dirty cutlery and no heating as the fire was broke payin £500 for three nights is not what u expect from a luxury caravan after speaking to the manager who seemed really rude I’m going to take this further as I feel I have been robbed and my children’s Easter ruined !!  £500 pound for three nights and the luxury caravan we was meant to be in wasn’t what we was in appalling after iv always reviews this site every year at five stars

Easter ruined

Been coming for years,always book with private owners. Really enjoyed our stay. But since it was took over have noticed the price in the restaurant and chippy has rocketed. The beach is beautiful and you get some amazing sunsets,just wish people would be more respectful and pick up their rubbish. 

Holiday 

I initially booked a premium  caravan for myself and my husband for a week. I then read they don't have decking, so I phoned back specifically to ask to upgrade and pay extra for, the luxury caravan to ensure we had decking. We arrived to a caravan that had steps up to a platform that was approx one metre wide, that obviously was to gain access/exit from patio doors. I went to the office to discuss this, was told not all luxury caravans had wrap around decking!! Where is this information on the website?? I asked for a different caravan which had decking to which I was informed the park was full. 
Our double bedroom looked immediately onto the bin area, which was foul smelling and seagulls all over it, I couldn't open the window  due to the smell for the full week.
The next day, my husband asked the reception staff for chairs and a table so we could sit outside behind our car due to no decking, they said they would ask maintenance staff to bring to us if they had anything!! Staff brought chairs but said they didn't have any tables! 
The suite inside the caravan was stained, tie backs for curtains were lying on the floor.
Honestly, I feel so ripped off with Away Resorts, reception staff couldn't give a damn!
It wasn't a cheap holiday but not one I'll repeat!

False Advertising

Been coming for many years for a familiy weekend , this year cleanliness is a big issue. Caravan smelt musty and doggy,dog hairs all over seating area on requesting a vaccum to clean it ourselves or someone to come and clean it we were told it would be the next day before anyone could come bearing in mind we had to sleep in the seating area on the pull out bed,far from a snob but this is unacceptable. Dog feces outside the caravan security driving round looking for a dog owned by someone on the site who had bitten somebody.think this will be our last time here.

Familiy weekend

Fantastic location close to two fairs and right next to the beach.
Grandkids loved it .
Entertainment was on every night wrestling was the best pure fun for adults and kids .
Special shout out to Neil on security who took not only my grandkids but most of the other kids under his wings .
He was making their holiday fun they even drew him pictures to say thank you a true genuine and kindhearted gentleman .
Only down side was couldn’t get the kids in the swimming pool fully booked up should have booked well in advance .
Overall good holiday .


Fantastic  entertainment 

On arrival we waited in another family members caravan (they booked a luxury caravan and it was immaculate) we had to wait till 16:00 for or our keys, we waited then was told that the caravan had been cleaned but was waiting for the beds to be made up.. we was handed keys to SB16, we went into our caravan to find a filthy accommodation, the pull out bed couch had all sorts of stains on in, on looked like someone had peed themselves, the carpet had bits of food on it, and the chair had all crisps stuck down it, their was a dirty handprint on the wall, several holes/marks that we noted so we wouldn't get blamed for, their was a really dirty rusted pan on the oven, the microwave was dirty, the widows had finger prints all over them, on the inside of the doors they had black marks that hadn't been cleaned off, the dining table and chairs hadn't been cleaned either, on the outside of our caravan the door to the gas mains was hanging off, their was parts of the wood hanging off, their was beer cans left on the decking, fag nubs thrown all around the caravan and large stones was left on deck for anyone to trip over.
I was not 1 bit happy, we went back to reception to tell them we had the wrong room and was told that was our room and they had literally nowhere else to stick us, I was furious and noted I paid for a 3 bed luxury and was told they could call a living room a bedroom which is complete  joke. They gave us a £50 refund as compensation for our inconvenience, I went through how filthy the accommodation was and the manager of housekeeping was sent out with another lady, we drove back to the caravan to meet them and they asked us to show them what was wrong (before seeing the accommodation) they left shaking their head at the state it was let out as! 
Straight away they removed all the covers to the couch/bed and chair, they had to be cleaned and wouldn't be replaced till the next day, they assured us they would be back to clean it themselves. We went out and returned a couple of hours later and thet had done a brilliant job of cleaning it, a standard it which should have been when let out! The couch bed was set out as a bed and their was sheets covering the cushions until they could be put back on clean, we noted when we seen the bed set up that the bed had a screw loose and a break in which my son cut his leg on (he told the ladies and showed them his leg and where he had scraped it)
When we seen it was indeed clean, we decided to stay and let the children enjoy their holiday.
The next day the same two ladies returned and put the covers back onto the couch bed, we said they had done a good job of cleaning the caravan, we also asked if anything had been said to housekeeping about the state it was left in, the manager said they had had words with the staff and it had been delt with. 
Besides the filth we walked into and the cheek of not getting what we had paid for, it turned out to be alright, the entertainment was good, the staff was friendly enough But it is definitely a place we won't be visiting again.

We paid for a 3 bedroom luxury caravan, we got a 2 bedroom FILTHY (they said it was luxury but clearly wasn't) caravan
