This was our 3rd visit of the year and we can’t recommend it enough . Pauline , as other people have said is one amazing lady . Her local knowledge of the area and advice on walks etc is so helpful . Breakfast is super tasty and plentiful , large bedroom and en-suite are both comfy , warm and very clean . With parking on site and beautiful garden with fabulous views of the mountains , this really is gem of a find .

Amazing again ….

Large room in a lovely house. Pauline was a fantastic hostess. With Excellent facilities, it is very clean, with tea & coffee facilities in the room replenished daily. Large en-suite with fresh towels daily, plenty of hot water and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast each morning was plentiful, fresh juice, cereals and fresh fruit, full English with toast and plenty of coffee and tea. The house is in a pleasant quiet location within a 10 minute walk of the town centre. There is free onsite parking. All in all we had a wonderful few days in Keswick and at an extremely reasonable price. We will be returning.

Lovely stay with an excellent hostess

What a lovely stay in a lovely house with a lovely garden. The room size was great and the house was lovely and clean. 
The owner Pauline was brilliant with information and tips about where to visit in the town, walks to complete and for our trip up scafell pike. 

The house is less then a 10 min walk to the cute town centre, with parks and a river on route. Not to mention the fantastic views of the mountain sides! 

We would love to stay here again and are planning it for next year. Definitely worth it.

Fabulous stay in keswick

Our favourite Lakeland town.....and now our favourite b and b. Love this place and Pauline is a wonderful lady, helpful, friendly and just perfect.
Rooms are lovely, massive bed..and the breakfast is beautifully cooked to your preference. Pauline knows we are coming back for another visit, and we are looking forward to it already.

Had a lovely few days here and couldn't wish for a better place to stay. Pauline was so helpful and full of useful info re  :  walks etc.  Clean and comfortable and lovely brekky.  Location fab. Would highly recommend . 👍👍👍

Brilliant b & b

Beechings Folly is a great place to stay. So close to Keswick Town centre. Pauline and her daughter have been so accommodating and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay

Fabulous place to stay

We were looking for a b&b in keswick with off road parking not too far from the town centre, found  Beechings Folly online, it was just what we were looking for . Arrived on the day and  were greeted by Pauline,  she was very friendly and helpful, helping to carry our bags to the room which  was lovely .  Had a good nights sleep . the following morning we had a perfect breakfast . We had a very enjoyable stay and have already booked our next visit.

mini break

Well, just retired and we decided on a mini break.....found Beechings folly on line and very glad we did.
Pauline met us at the door, and even helped us to our room with our "stuff"....she made us very welcome, we felt at home immediately.
Room was lovely and cosy and very warm, and situated just outside town.....very quiet, took no time to amble into the beautiful town of Keswick.
Breakfast was smashing, everything was to hand and plenty of it, we'll cooked too.
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning to make Paulines gaff our "special place"....Thank you Pauline, lovely lady.

Autumn break

The house is about a five minuet walk into the town. Lots of places to eat but I find all the menus are the same. The .house was central to all the places we wanted to visit, right next door to a leisure  center but we didn't hear any traffic. Breakfast in the morning was cooked lovely, just tell Pauline what you would like and help yourself to cereals and orange juice. I would highly recommend Beechings Folly.
