Currently staying in Scotia House and highly recommend it. The room is spotlessly clean and modern with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
The host,Mark couldnt be nicer or more helpful. 
We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, Harrogate is lovely, we will definitely book again.

Perfect in every way

Stayed while on a work trip. Nice rooms (cleaner than any hotel I've stayed at recently), great location, and super friendly and helpful owners. It's opposite the conference centre and a short walk from the station if you don't want to drive. Highly recommend.

Great

Those hotel is situated close to the tow centre and across the road from the conference centre, there are also plenty of pubs and restaurants close by.
We stayed in the largest  king room which was very spacious and very well decorated with tea and coffee making facilities and some biscuits also provided.
We paid extra for breakfast and it was very nice.  The owners are really friendly and gave us some advise on some places to visit.  We would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend in Harrogate

Lovely clean,comfortable & well presented guest house. Mark & Gill really good hosts. Very tasty breakfast,also a good selection of cereals & fresh fruit & yoghurt. Really good location,handy for many restaurants & bars nearby. Would stay again.

Weekend break

Lovely guesthouse, professionally ran and spotlessly clean.
Located within 500 yards of town centre, pubs shops and restaurants.
Host Mark was great and looked after us well.
Nice breakfast freshly cooked, couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great guesthouse.

The hosts are wonderful,  Mark and Jill made us both very welcome.  The room was on of the best I've ever stayed in.  Shower And bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast was beautiful.  Very close to the town centre.  Absolutely perfect 🥰

We have just had a 2 night stay and we have had the best time .
From start to finish we were truly looked after 
Mark was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for his guests 
He gave us tips on where to go and sent us on a lovely walk 
The room was so lovely and breakfast was tops

Amazing hotel

We've just left Scotia House & absolutely loved our stay! Mark couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & tidy & our beds were comfy. What more could you want?
The house is in a great location, only a short walk from restaurants & shops. We had no problems with parking - Mark very kindly gave us the parking token before we checked in as we arrived early to have a wander around town.
We only booked the room, no breakfast, but it smelt amazing. Would definitely stay again & might have to give the breakie a try! 
Thanks for having us, will definitely be back on our next visit to Harrogate.

This excellent bed and breakfast is made all the better by the welcoming hospitality of Mark and his sister Heather - genuine, friendly and positive people who will go out of their way to make your stay special.
Perfectly positioned for the center of Harrogate and it's many restaurants and bars, with the train station less than a 10 minute walk away.
A flair for detail in the decoration of the property certainly gives it a luxury feel and makes it a special place to stay when you're away from home.
