This was the darts weekend we stopped in the Osprey caravan which has three bedrooms one double unsuite and two twins with shared shower room and toilet very spacious caravan with all you need supplied

I had a really amazing time and I think it deserves recognition the workers were absolutely lovely and will be going again I really loved the amazing time I had I have been going to parkdeen since my first ever holiday when I was around 5-6 I always have an amazing experience x

amazing 🫶

Check in was very quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our caravan. The caravan was meant to be new (less than 3 years old), it was very worn and tatty. The internet boost We were told we could get (which we paid for) was unavailable to us due to the caravan being too far away from the complex. We found passes from months back which hadn't been cleaned up from under the beds, along with general rubbish. The heating stopped working however this was fixed quickly.
The entertainment was good, our children enjoyed it as did the adults. Steve (behind the bar) in the games room was brilliant! Always served with a smile and knew exactly what drinks we wanted before sating anything. There was an incident with some young boys who had smashed and thrown glasses which Steve dealt with straight away. 
Food was very expensive for what it was, as was the price of the drinks. 
The complex isn't far from the beach and other attractions and a local supermarket is 5mins down the road by car. The games room is great, there is a soft play area for smaller children within the arcade and the arcade itself has lots of machines to play from yester-year right up to the current games. 
We used to visit this place regularly before we had children and thought it'd be nice to visit again with the children. If it wasn't for the cleanliness, internet and prices then we would have given 5stars. 
Also, bring back the seafood counter and options to NOT book activities! I get why this was a thing with covid but it's an inconvenience to customers. Booking in advance means the only thing we could book was indoor swimming as everything else was fully booked (weeks before we arrived) and it restricts people from doing other things. You're unable to be spontaneous. There is no social distancing rules now, please get rid of prebooking and just allow your customers to turn up on the day.

Park is dirty and very dated!
Activities are minimal (when there on) 
Entertainment was terrible (apart from the wrestling) 
Generally a terrible place to holiday! I booked as a treat for my family as half term get away and wish I had listened to some of the reviews! 
Caravan was dirty, and bins were still full from previous ppl! I told reception and got told someone would come out and clean it, but no one turned up! 
Entertainment was just awesome and not very family friendly, considering it was half term and coming up to Halloween! 
My boys done an activity in the pool and come away bruising by stuff being to over enthusiastic when such them off the inflatable! 
Snooker room dirty and in need of a BIG makeover.
In general a horrible experience and will not be going back to this site again and would definitely have to think twice about staying with parkdean again!! Think I will stick to haven.


Dirty site, bad experience 

I arrived with my party on Friday 17th November 2023, for the celebrity 80’s weekend. When we arrived staff on the barrier were very kind and friendly. 
When we went to our Caravan we noticed issues with the window safety, so reported it to reception, they soon got maintenance out to fix the problems. 
Then Friday evening came, went to the entertainment started queuing early, as I have disable in my party in a wheelchair.
We asked staff to help open the doors and to move a couple of chairs so I could get the wheelchair through, the staff were rude and said “no I can’t do that!” But considering the staff were just sanding there on the phone. 
Later on in the evening I approached a security guard to say “isn’t this supposed to be an equal site for the equality act 2010.” The security guard then said “they do anything about the fact about my party is in a wheelchair.” 

So accessibility for a wheelchair is a big no go. And it ruined the rest of my holiday because of how rude staff was.


80s experience 

Excellent weekend spent here at Legends of Rock. Book in very smooth and trouble free. Caravan nice and clean and comfortable for the weekend - even had Netflix and great wifi. Bar staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. Fast food outlets good - food was freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Good breakfast in the Reedcutter's and evening meals. All the staff are great here, helpful and efficient. Big shout out to Jackie!

Legends Weekender

We had a very nice caravan and we all had a great time at Legends of Rock and will be coming back again next year! The food was excellent and open until the early hours of the morning. Bands were good too :)

Legends of Rock! Excellent weekend

Just home from a music weekender at Vauxhall, Legends of Rock. Nice park, liked it that there’s different takeaway outlets there. Caravan perfect, no complaints. Didn’t use pool or anything.  Unfortunately my husband came over dizzy in the V Lounge and ended up on the floor before the first band finished, the staff were brilliant, security guy called Brad was there seconds after he hit the deck, took control, got first aid there. The first aider and the other young lady who was there, and a second security guy, didn’t get names, all really helpful. Brad even helped us find seats the next day when we ventured back. He was really brilliant, can’t compliment your staff enough. It’s a nice park, although we didn’t use many of the facilities due to being there for the music

Great Weekender

Just attended the Rockfest event being held here in Great Yarmouth.Rockfest is held once a year and features some 55 rock bands over three days. The talent is amazing as is the way it’s all run, the Rockfest team is outstanding………. First time I’ve stayed for the event so we rented a medium sized static caravan for 6 people.
Although fairly clean, the second main shower tray was blocked , barely enough cutlery for four people, and the carpet in the main seating area was filthy! The Wi-Fi is rubbish, just so you know……Word to the wise, whilst having a shower, do not use any other taps around the place or the person having a shower will get a nasty surprise!!!! 

The main complex was neat and tidy however with good facilities throughout.

The bar manager needs a talking to though.
2000 people going to an event and they run out of Carling on the first night and Guinness on the second.
Also, whoever was looking after the real
Ale side of things needs educating! You don’t tip the barrel whilst pouring!!!
As a direct result of this, we all had dicky belly’s at the same time! If you’re going to serve it, do it properly! It’s not like you had little notice of the amount of people attending now is it!!!!!!!!

To summarise then, accommodation was ok, cold and noisy and a little dirty! we were right next to the A47!
Staff were lovely, Amenities were good but costly, but for a budget get away for a young family, I’m sure it would work…….

Mucky………

Amazing service - remembered me each time at the bar and suggested drinks perfectly. If Carlsberg made bar staff, she would be the model produced.
Assuming Laina is made by Carlsberg and is, in fact, a human being - she did an outstanding job.
