We went there to eat Friday night which was excellent value for money

Great location for stopover. During our stay we met Staff Immy, Zoe  & Lauren . It was lovely to chat with them and they were all so friendly welcoming and helpful .  It’s so important to have good staff 

Great nights stay on route to airport

This was a late booking for a long weekend to recharge the batteries...
 I have to say that whole experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived.
I booked the excellent meal deal for the 2 night stay, which was for breakfast, evening 2 course meal and a drink. The service was excellent, Bethan and Lesley deserve a mention for their helpful service and the chefs too did a great job with the steaks thank you all... Lara too on reception was very helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable and the rural view at the back of hotel amazing... thank you all.

A relaxing break 

Needed a rest. This Premier Inn was just what I needed. The room was lovely & quiet with a really comfortable bed.
The staff in the hotel were very kind & helpful & parking was easy.
The Beefeater next door did amazing food & I had a “ meal deal” which meant breakfast & dinner at a really cheap price. The staff in there were also lovely, friendly & helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It’s on the edge of the lovely old town of Ross On Wye & there is so much to see in the area which is very pretty.

Restful….

Really lovely stay at this Premier Inn. Super convenient for going into Ross. Staff went above and beyond - really welcoming. Room was extremely clean and bed comfy. 
Beefeater was really busy but lots of great independent restaurants in Ross - worth the 5 min drive. 

Lovely Premier Inn

Stayed for 2 nights as I was taking part in an event in Wales so the distance from where I live to the hotel and then from the hotel to the event was perfect. Everything at the hotel was as it should be,the room was warm,bed was comfortable and the hot bath after my event was fantastic. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou Jenny for helping me out with my phone malfunction. Definitely stay here again and would definitely reccomend.

We had a lovely stay, was very nice to receive a selection box for my kids when entering the room! Would definitely stay again! Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for me and my family! 

Excellent stay!

Very good place to stay both in the hotel and restaurant. The steep slope between the hotel and restaurant would have been a problem for me as I am disabled and  it was frosty this was quickly solved by the lady at reception who collected my breakfast for me and brought to my room.

Found this hotel the usual value and comfort we expect from Premier Inn. Large room with comfy bed and pillows and lovely hot shower. 
Food served in the Beefeater next door, tables can be booked via reception and room service is available. 
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Only criticism the entrance to the carpark was very rough and full of potholes. 

Good location and easy to find

Excellent hotel. Very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Jenny on reception was outstanding. Would highly recommend 😊. Breakfast at beefeater was great especially as kids eat free with a paying adult. Would stay again
