Quiet. Lovely view from the window. Right opposite the esplanade alongside the beach. Plenty of on-street parking spaces available (but it is low season)
What was bad
I was on the third floor and the lift was out of order. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you are not fit I would suggest you make a note in the 'special requests' to be on the first or second floor.
