Spotless room modern room with shower good storage Julie on reception absolutely lovely a human being! housekeeping staff big thumbs up to you restaurant 2 staff organised professionals and they were so busy service with a smile everything spot on recommend this hotel to anyone thank you to all the staff David and Joanne.

Best hotel we have been to value for money as well.

Room was lovely and clean on arrival. Even smelt nice too! The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful. Breakfast was nice too - again with friendly staff in the resteraunt. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Will definitely be back to visit Yorkshire wildlife park and be staying here again. Xx

I always stay at lakeside rooms are clean staff are friendly always there to help always a good experience close to local amenities always something to do and places to eat either at beefeater or local food places always an enjoyable stay and will always go back

Excellent hotel

We we're really looking forward to our stay hear as we use premier inn regular. Safe to say we will not be returning to this one. Upon check in the staff member was pushing us  to eat at the beefeater saying we needed to book as it was full that everning but we declined and said we would make our minds up later.we decided to eat elsewhere due to the place been so rundown and unclean tables. The room was so unkempt and dirty. The windows don't open so the room was so warm and stuffy. They do have air con but this didnt do the job.There was condensation on the window and mirrow in the morning. The bathroom smelt of damp.  We had a bad night's sleep and couldn't wait to get home to relax and have a good night's sleep . Verry disappointed all round stay.

Not the best of experiences will not return

Happy receptionist and very helpful indeed.Marie was very welcoming . Top 100 hotel in the world . Theirs lots of food outlet nearby . You have got beautiful lake where you take a nice walk.

Hotel offered everything required for a good nights sleep. Warm & comfortable, quiet & cosy. Good food offer next door. Wi fi not great though. I would definitely stay again. Different types of bookings available 

Lakeside premier inn

ideal location for the football match at the eco power stadium.  Great beds and staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.  Attached to the Beefeater which was great for breakfast.this was our second stay will definitely stay again when visiting family 

Doncaster lakeside

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was reasonably priced. There are rooms in the main building and there is a new building across the car park with other rooms. The car park had plenty of spaces and the staff at reception were friendly, checking us in fast. Our room was in the new building. It was a corner room, so the room was laid out slightly differently to most premier inn rooms. Our room was large, very clean and had views out over the lake. The rooms was quiet despite being next to the road. 

There was a large full sized mirror, clothes hanging area, large tv, hairdryer and kettle with tea/coffee. The room had a double bed and a single sofa bed. This hotel was right near the lakeside outlet shopping area, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. It’s also around the corner from doncaster dome and more restaurants. We loved our stay here, the only problem we had was the tv came on itself in the middle of the night…not sure if a previous guest had set a timer??? And also we only had one towel between us. But apart from that, we had a good stay.

Great stay

We had to stay whilst moving a relative in with us and it was the perfect setting. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and recommending it to others. Staff were helpful and warm as only Yorkshire people can be.

Stay was perfect

Excellent service. Great location.   Helpful and friendly staff. Good value in the beefeater. Parking on site. If you have time , visit the outlet shopping centre less than two minutes walk from the hotel reception.  

Would definitely  recommend this hotel. Great value. Great staff. Great location.
