We had a fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Amazingly comfy beds and pillows, plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was beautiful and freshly cooked along with cereal, fruit, yoghurt and fresh fruit juice.  The young girls who served breakfast were fantastic and very polite. Anne the owner was very welcoming and friendly and was always there with a friendly smile.  We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend.

What a brilliant stay Ann the owner could not done more,her home made biscuits were to die for and the cups of tea (well)pots and coffee nothing was to much trouble we are looking forward to visiting again in September x

From arrival to departure we were made to feel most welcome by Anne the owner, and her staff. We were offered home made biscuits, and a bottle of filtered water to take to our room. 
The room was very clean and tidy. With the current Covid situation, I felt extremely safe in the environment of this guest house. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot drinks available. You only had to ask if you needed more. Bath robes etc available if required. ? We minimized unnecessary use to avoid extra cleaning. 
The en-suite was quite compact, but this was not an issue. (Toilet & shower). 
This room/ guest house offers a perfect resting place after a busy hot beach day !!
Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, and an almost unlimited offering of good. Full English, yogurt and pancakes set me up for a busy day ahead. 
Even went away with some lovely home made jams on offer at the counter at a reasonable price. 
Parking is roadside in parking permit areas. The permit was arranged by Anne for our arrival, and lasted the duration of our stay. 
Would highly recommend this guest house which is closer to the north beach. ( which was nice and quiet )

Excellent Guest House. Super Clean and comfy !!!

We have just stayed here for a 3 night break and I can't praise this Band B enough. We received a really warm welcome before being shown to a lovely double room with everything we needed for our long weekend. The breakfasts were very nicely cooked with a superb choice. The homemade biscuits were amazing as well! All the covid measures were very effective and easy to follow.  I would highly recommend stopping here if you are visiting Bridlington!!

We stayed at swandale guest house for 2 nights on the 7th of june great location room was spotless Anne was a great host and the girls were very polite breakfast was one of the best we have had and plenty of choice on the menu thank you to Anne and her lovely staff we will be back

Absolutely amazing!!!

Stayed here for the weekend 13th to 15th march 2020. We received a very warm welcome from Anne the owner with her special homemade biscuits. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is out of this world. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay

Stayed on business parked right outside. Lady opened the door very welcoming. The lady had made homemade biscuits which was delicious. Showed to my room which was lovely & clean. Bed and pillows really comfortable great night sleep Only to be woken up by the smell of breakfast which was beautiful. Highly recommended 

Great B&B

Lovely stay at this B&B very friendly owner, stored our bikes as we’d completed the Way of the Roses great location as not far from finishing point. Great breakfast and a nice room lots of little extras from toiletries to dressing gowns would stay again.

Since the closure of our 'go to' hotel a while back we've been scouring Bridlington for a new place to call our go to 'digs'.

After about 8 attempts we've finally found a good one that we'd both like to return to without any second thought. 

We arrived slightly early 1345hrs to be met by Anne the owner. We received a warm reception and we were furnished with some even warmer biscuits fresh out of the oven. We were also offered a flask of fresh milk too for the room to up stage the UHT milk that's generally used; a nice touch.

We had a 1st floor double room at the front of the house and it was beautifully done and very bright in the August sunshine. Room 3 I think it was. I'd definately have this room again. Plenty of power points under the large TV to charge things up, stream from laptop to TV etc etc. Decent size sink, storage space in the wardrobes; it even came with a safe and dressing gowns, again another nice tough.

Breakfast was exceptionally good and there's plenty of choice. Lots of fruit and cereals too in addition to the full English and many many other options even down to pikelets and nutella. 

Nothing was too much trouble and on finishing service Anne always came into the breakfast room to make sure everyone had everything they needed. She actually couldn't have done any more really. 

So we've now found somewhere we'd like to return to with good food, good host and very comfy bed!
